The assistant now works across every field type, including task assignments, and every change goes through a review step before it's applied. • Forms — Drop-down fields are now searchable. Photos taken in a form carry a legible location stamp. Completed task forms can be downloaded and shared from the preview. Attendance shows employee IDs and confirms each attendee you add. Signatures and offline saves are more reliable, and asset and folder forms now open offline. • Asset Management — A redesigned asset assignment flow with built-in QR scanning, and asset assignments now sync correctly. • Training — Forward several completed certificates at once by email, and add Upload Certificate to your favourites. • Lone Worker — Set up to five designated contacts, with more reliable check-ins and fewer false offline alerts. • Profile — Refreshed Profile Settings with Driver Compliance built in, plus custom profile fields from your organisation. • Navigation — Breadcrumbs in folders, pinned and filterable task comments, and read-only Site Access for portal users. • Performance — Forms you reopen restore their media faster, and 32 underlying libraries were updated. • Stability — Fixes for issues reported by users across forms, attendance, folders, and sign-in.
