HORRIBLE APP, DON’T USE
Terrible UI UX - failed to deliver food AND REFUSE TO PROVIDE REFUND.
Reward discount is a scam
When you collect 5 reward points you would assume that the discount would be automatically applied on check out when paying. No this has to be done manually and to make it worse, when you actually have 5 reward points the App is purposely not showing them. Only reminds when upselling to collect points. This is a disingenuous practice and I will stop using the App now!

I do not recommend this service at all.
I waited for my last order for more than 2 hours, and the support did not respond to my request (they called back only after 4 hours). I do not recommend this service at all.

No service is case anything happens!
I ordered a big box of expensive sweets for my god daughter on St Nicolas Day in December.
Paid in full of course.
1. Sweets never arrived, I contacted them and their customer support replied that it was delivered!
2. After numerous of emails exchange and escalation of the situation it appeared that it could not be delivered to this address (which is a lie - it’s a regular many floors building to which deliveries happen every day!).
3. Afterward a week later they told me that we received SMS with all details about this delivery - we never did!
4. And they told me they left it in some box somewhere in the neighborhood and the password to it in SMS which WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED.
I made a chargeback while they did not have any proof that it was delivered and bank agreed with me.
And I will never use this service again and encourage you not to use it either.

Všetko bolo studené ľutujem že som objednal ten kebab Factory, žiadna zelenina, žiadny dressing, a ostatné veci čo ta ma bit.

APP BOT FUNCTIONING
I’ve been able to use the app in America and order food for my friends but now it’s not working here at all. It says it cannot connect to internet and it won’t let me add an address or anything. Cannot contact customer care. Please help!

You can’t actually register because they take you out of the app and then ask for card details AFTER TAKING MONEY from you and then they give you an interface that won’t let you type anything in.

Dlha cakacia doba v porovnani s Wolt alebo Bolt Food. Slabe UX. Ziadny trafki g stavu obkednavky. Aktualnu ny som aj rad zrusill ale nevidim nikde moznost. Cakacia doba 105 min je fakt smiesna. Obzvlast ked na inych sluzbach je 20-40 min.

Objednal som si cez appku. Na jedlo sa cakalo dlho preto som chcel zavolat prevadzku. Ziadne telefonne cislo som nenasiel. Malo by sa dat colat priamo z aplikacie a nie to ze este ani tel cislo tam nenajdete. Objednal som bez prihlasenia. Jedlo nebolo dobre a chcel som napisat recenziu. Nedalo sa lebo nie som prihlaseny. Tak som sa prihlasil a cuduj sa scete zas som nemohol napisat recenziu pretoze som vraj este nic neobjednal. Ziaden kontakt kde sa stazovat ked je nieco zle s jedlom alebo ak jedlo meska. Mazem. Radsej si po jedlo nabuduce dojdem.

Good app
Good app but would appreciate an iPhone X version. Also when you leave a message for the restaurant it doesn't get erased after you order and so you send that message to every restaurant you order from until you manually erase it. Otherwise it's a great app with a great design.
