I’ve tried all options and cannot add contacts. Very annoying as need to add mobile number each time and it doesn’t save them for future.

I used to see the name of the person I received money from through bit on my bank app. Since the new bit that option is no longer available. Kinda sucks because it was super helpful :/

App won’t accept my bank account
After adding my bank account and credit card, I tried to add money to the bit account. It says the bank account I added is not under my name and so I can’t use it. Just one problem, it is MY bank account under MY name. Text them on WhatsApp, nobody answers. Call their support line *6428, sit on hold for an hour listening to the stupid 30 second music loop and nobody answers. Does anybody work support for this app? Terrible experience

למה אין אופציה לבטל תשלום שנעשה בטעות וטרם אושר ע״י המקבל? כל עוד התשלום בהמתנה לאישור,כדאי לאפשר לבטלו

Great app. Super easy, sleek and transparent. The only thing it needs is a way to cancel unaccepted money but otherwise.
