I created my Roth IRA account six years ago and every time I contact Digital Trust for any service information I am blown away by the customer service received. Today, Jacob answered all of my questions regarding a distribution request made last week. My funds were delayed even though the sell was completed the day of the request. Security is always in the forefront of the calls to customer support. Fee’d to death
Bitcoin Ira nickels and dimes their customers. I was charged 35 dollars for a paper check. I didn’t realize the cost or would have done a 15 dollar ach. When asked for a courtesy discount Ana said immediately No without given it a moments thought.
If I had other options I would move my Roth IRA somewhere else but I would be charged an enormous transfer fee and sales charge
