This app haven't received updated since 2 yrs already!. app doesn't load password after face recognitions or pin. Infinity loop!

Infinity loop! I enter the PIN to access the password, but the app remains stuck in an endless loop and never proceeds afterward.
Doesn’t work, no support
Tried to log into the mobile app using the correct pin but just gives a spinning wheel.
Support pages have nothing remotely relevant for this issue and it’s impossible to get any human interaction.
This means I can’t rely on it and will look elsewhere.

Can’t get past Login
The app used to let me see my login info but now all it does is load, when I sign in.
Buggy
The app freezes all the time now. I keep uninstalling and reinstalling to get it to work for a bit. Now I’m looking for alternatives.
TERRIBLE APP!
I just bought Bitdefender Ultimate for my family. One of the features I was very interested in was the password manager. But it’s ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS!!! Do not buy!!! It freezes after a few seconds in the app and then you need to restart. Guess I’m going to 1Password.
Do not work
Continues issuees with logging. I have cancel subscription. And use another developer.

I’ve used Bitdefender products for a couple of years and trusted this password manager when it worked. Unfortunately, on iOS it has become unreliable to the point of being unusable.
The core issue is a persistent login/loading loop. The app frequently forces a full login every time instead of unlocking seamlessly. After Face ID or entering the PIN, it often gets stuck on a loading screen indefinitely or redirects to a page that never finishes loading. Restarting the app, restarting the phone, or waiting does not resolve it.
When access does work, the iOS integration is weak compared to desktop:
• Autofill is inconsistent or fails to appear.
• Creating or updating passwords is cumbersome and often requires manual copy/paste.
• The workflow between Safari/iOS password prompts and the app feels broken rather than integrated.
What’s most frustrating is that these problems are not new. Reviews going back years describe the same behavior, and developer responses consistently redirect users to email support without visible improvement in the app itself.
A password manager must be fast, reliable, and invisible when it works. Right now, this app fails at the most basic requirement: letting users access their passwords when they need them.
I hope Bitdefender prioritizes fixing the iOS app’s authentication loop, loading failures, and system integration. Until then, I can’t recommend it on iPhone.

Glitchy and locks you out
Every couple of months the app decides to stop loading and locks you out. It won’t let you log in. You have to keep deleting the app and reinstalling it. Very irresponsible. This app houses all my passwords and I need them when I need them.

Someone from your security company needs to start explaining what sort of con scam is going on as soon as I’d change over to this 5 G network none of my security and vpn will even work at all and they all keep getting shut down and turned off over and over again and even when I turn on airplane mode they are still getting totally shut down and as soon as I fully remove this stupid 5 G network it seems like it isn’t getting turned off as of yet are they using some sort of other countries internet laws or something turning off or vpn and security services because I’ haven’t heard anything yet about any of these crazy insane laws being introduced in Australia yet but it will not be even let me turn it back on at all

This used to be a really good tool
I have been using Bitdefender for years but now that I am using my iPhone more than my PC, it has become cumbersome and difficult to access. When I try to login, which it makes me do every single time, I go to a page that will not load. I'm too frustrated to keep doing this! When I signed up for their Password Manager I thought it would be seamless, but no,it makes me login every single time and then I cannot get it to load.

Almost seamless
It’s a seamless app except once every 3 months or so, for as long as I remember, the app stops working so I uninstall, and reinstall which fixes it. Apart from that, works a treat 👌

App stopped working but was able to resolve quickly with help from Bitdefender customer support.
App no longer works.
App just stopped working. Trying to get support from Bitdefender but not going well. Subscription renews in January so we’ll see. Looking at alternatives perhaps. It’s a shame because the entire security suite of products are quite good. If you go to bitdefender central to reinstall the product, it directs to Secure Pass instead. Picked this tool after ditching Norton’s product. Here we go again.

Please update the app
I like Bitdefender for the most part. But PLEASE make the password manager more concise and streamlined. I have to constantly go back to using my apple keychain even when I’m on windows and it slows my workspace down dramatically. Please please please fix the manager and my heart is yours

The Mighty Bitdefender failed to make this app work.
I can’t access it
I can’t access the app anymore to view my accounts. I have face recognition - not working, pin - not working, it remains in loading mode. Very disappointed with this app. I have paid for nothing! I regret buying bitdefender products.
Not an efficient password manager
Every other password manager I’ve tried sorts its entries by title vs url like this one does. I’m sure others have run into situations where the website url doesn’t match the title of what’s being saved. Unless I missed it, there is no way to sort the entries by title. I’m left with using the search field to try to find what I’m looking for.
