Problem accessing the cart
Please review the bug in the app, the cart cant be loaded. The page just went blank and can’t proceed to purchasing
Can’t buy anything
I can’t even buy anything even if I wanted to. It goes up to the point when I click “Checkout” and a blank overlay opens over everything and there are no buttons to tap to proceed with the purchase.

Supporting their competitors
I have tried to use this app at a number of occasions, and only once I have managed to get an order completed and delivered.
It continues to drop out after signing in, and recently I simply haven’t been able to complete my orders. Their support working hours is beyond my comprehension as they normally are off in the evening, Sundays and public holidays.
I haven’t used it for a couple of months but I did inform the customer service that I will place my purchase with their competitors.
If they are unable to do it well, then don’t do it. Close the app together with their department and save the money. Better than upsetting consumers 🤷♂️

Late delivery
Even though you pick a delivery time slot, expect the delivery to be late. For RM8 delivery, this service is unacceptable. You’re better off getting into your car and driving there or use the Grab app and order from Jaya Grocer.
My cart keep on missing
Im shopping on the app but items placed in the cart keep on missing. Fix the bug!
Worst App in the world
Using this app makes me angry. You need a lot of patience and have to be prepared that it is someday working - some days not. What the heck ?!? Basically nothing is working… errors, not loading pages or the it does not open at all.

This app is a pain
I like shopping at VG in person. At times when I am unable to go out I choose to buy online the app is horrible. It doesn’t load, the page refreshes by itself and you loose your product, when you go to pay it hangs and said some products are gone and you need to start all over again and key in one by one back into your shopping cart. By the time you get done online you could have driven out and grab the stuff by yourself.

App crashes
Impossible to make order as the app keeps crashing!! Can't even browse any items before it crashes
Pointless
Spent ages trying to do an order. Nothing going into the basket.
App Not Responding
Bites application is not responding to my click at all these few days. I’ve been checking in everyday since Saturday but till todate still not working at all. Please fix it

Extra charges AFTER order completed
Wow, what on earth charging extra after payment has been made and order delivered and completed? Have used other apps like HappyFresh and Aeon online, if replacement for fresh groceries they will recalculate and usually it’s refund because replacement is always around same price and some items out of stock, so total will be less, never have extra charge before due to price changes. Where got such thing customer order from the app this this this items with clearly stated prices and paid the full total already then after delivery suddenly you tell them oh actually your total is different amount - WHY DID THE PRICE CHANGE?
This was my first order with Bites Shop, only 1 fresh veggie the rest are dry stuff should be all fixed price, why the shopper’s total can be different from the app? First bill me extra RM18+ then when I emailed for explanation still didn’t tell me which item changed price but changed the invoice amount to RM2.30.
Be careful they can simply bill you without breakdown or telling you which price increased. For sure will not be ordering from them again. If I didn’t email for explanation they would have just taken my money extra RM18, simply charging customers false amounts.

DELIVERY FOREVER LATE
I’ve been a long time customer of the BIG group for years as I live close by. The claim that groceries will be delivered within 2 hours is absolutely FALSE. For every time I have ordered delivery from them, there has never been an instance when the delivery arrived within the time frame selected by me.
What’s the point of picking a delivery time frame when the delivery ends up arriving 1.5 hours to 2 hours later than the selected time?! And the buyer ends up getting delayed for appointments in the day because your delivery is late. You can’t blame the delivery service if your order for a rider is placed AFTER the customer’s selected delivery time frame. BITES please get your act together with this delivery otherwise no point using your delivery service.
