The Gracy AI service has appeared, with whom you can communicate, I hope that the exchange listens to communications between users and AI. The support service may really not respond. They ask u to collect points but when u try to redeem ur point they wont even have a reason when u ask them why i can’t redeem my point. They just playing with you
