It’s frustrating to find out that my cryptos on BitMart are frozen and I can’t sell nor trade nor transfer to another wallet. I felt I got robbed by this app. I lost all my money on this app. Stay away. They will take your money.

Withdrawal request has been frozen since July 31, 2026 with no reply or update at all. I requested the withdrawal immediately after seeing the announcement. Sent help tickets and still no reply or update at all.

I have topped up money in the virtual card , after world cup that virtual card went missing from the dashboard and now i cant use the money i have or withdraw !! I can promise that they are nothing but cheater

Mfk dogdevekoper made this app to scam with people . i have topped up my account with usd and they removed the cards from my account . i cant use those topped up usd in my account. I will find out the owner mfk and sue him surely!!

This exchange is closing down as at 26th July 2026. They are holding current users money and won’t allow us to withdraw or move funds! Furthermore there support chat team are now unresponsive. Iv sent emails to support and legal teams! Seems the exchange is running away with everyone’s money! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. Do your research my comments are valid!
