I’m not sure what’s going on!! I simply made a purchase on the app through MoonPay and my transaction is not showing up. There’s no one to talk to I put in tickets. I really need to know where my money went to.

Great Support Team
I rarely leave reviews, and after the update I wasn’t able to change my account phone number and waited on support for a few days. Disappointed I left a critical review, only to find that within a couple days the support team had not only solved my issue but actually had a member reach out and call me to make sure that the issue was resolved. I couldn’t confirm it right away and they gave me a number to text to follow up with. They were fast and responsive, I was very impressed, 5/5.

Issues with Update Ignored
Since the update I haven’t been able to add my phone number to the account (which is required to send your bitcoin anywhere) and have received only a single response from the support team in the past two weeks. The one response I did receive was timely, but did not solve the issue. A week went by without my reply being answered so I submitted a second ticket, which has been completely ignored.
