withdrawal restriction
There’s a withdrawal restriction on my account since I recently changed to a new phone. My BTC is in my account, but when I try to withdraw it to my external BTC wallet, I get the error “Something is not right. Please try again later.” The withdrawal does not go through.
I can’t withdraw my crypto assets for the past 3 weeks, this is making me feel like crypto.com want to steal my assets, anytime I tried to contact them , they don’t respond, only their AI respond to me , and it doesn’t give good help , whenever i tried talking to their real specialists, I they ask for password and 2fa code and they also ask for PASSCODE
that was never set to my account, they keep messing with my head
