Hi - I urgently need help as I have been locked out of my Crypto.com account. The customer service is atrociously bad. I have been stuck on a permanent loop with the Support Specialists for 5 times. the app in itself is extremely simple and easy to use it’s just so freaking annoying almost every week or every other week they have a forced update on the app you’re forced to update if you want to use the app they’re just taking up more space so annoyingly frustrating.
