The customer support experience with Crypto.com has been absolutely terrible.
The responses feel completely robotic and generic, as if I am talking to a bot rather than an actual support representative. I have repeatedly explained my situation, asked specific questions, and requested that my case be escalated, yet I continue to receive the same meaningless, copy-and-paste responses.
When a customer is dealing with an important issue involving their account and assets, they should receive proper attention and have their individual situation reviewed by someone who actually understands the case.
Instead, I have spent days going back and forth with support without receiving any meaningful assistance or resolution.
This is by far one of the worst customer-service experiences I have had with a financial platform. The lack of accountability, personal attention, and proper escalation is extremely disappointing.
If zero stars were an option, I would give 0/5.
