App is tooo slowly

The app layout and functionality would be good but it hardly ever loads and is slow to respond
And yes I have tried to use many times in many places

I hope some one from the Tech department reads this feedback.
Intermittently, I have been having a problem with the app not responding. Only get the cover page but the app won’t start up. I’m using a iPhone 11 Pro
This issue is intermittent.
I do like the app when it does work
