About

Your wearable knows what happened. Bivryn tells you why. "Why do I feel off today?" "Is coffee wrecking my sleep?" "Did that actually help?" Most health apps wait for you to ask. Bivryn reads your Apple Health stream every morning — sleep, HRV, recovery, blood work, behaviour, weather — names what changed and the likely reason, and tells you whether what you tried last time worked. The daily reading is free, with the wearable you already own; membership adds the patterns and the answers. TODAY One calm reading of how your biology is landing, from sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, wrist temperature, bedtime timing and travel. The Arc behind it draws your last 24 hours. Under it, the day ahead with clock times — how long the morning holds, when the dip lands, whether the evening comes back — and this week against last, in numbers. WHY Ask anything — why am I tired this week, what changed in my last 14 days — and Bivryn reads across a year of your biology to answer. PATTERNS Correlations across your behaviour and biology you'd never spot by hand, including the 1, 2 and 3-day delays where the real signal usually lives. PROOF Try one change at a time — a supplement, an earlier dinner, a training protocol. Bivryn captures your baseline, tracks adherence, and tells you honestly whether your biology actually moved. LABS Upload a lab PDF. Bivryn reads cholesterol, ferritin, vitamin D, hs-CRP, glucose, thyroid and hormone markers, and connects them to your sleep, energy and recovery. MEMORY When today's biology matches a day from your own history, Bivryn surfaces what came next, over a living timeline of travel, recovery stretches and supplement changes. LONG ARC Bivryn Bio Age: a continuous reading from up to nine channels, scored against your own baselines and published ranges, computed on your device. RIGHT NOW Breathing, mindful walks, eye rest, light reset — with the HRV change measured before and after. WORKS WITH WHAT YOU ALREADY WEAR Apple Watch, Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Withings and lab panels all flow in through Apple Health. Bivryn reads every source you have and tells you which one recorded last night. PRIVACY BY DEFAULT Your biology stays on your device, syncing only to your own iCloud account if you choose. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. Export everything as JSON, or delete everything, with one tap from inside the app. Requires iOS 17 or later. Apple Watch supported but not required. On-device interpretation of the free reading uses Apple Intelligence where available. Bivryn is not a medical device. It provides informational and educational insights about your biology and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. For medical concerns, consult a healthcare professional. What's New in Bivryn Biological Intelligence

2.2.3

October 10, 2026

The reading is free. Membership adds the voice. Everything that reads your body is now free: the daily line, the forecast, the weekly reading, your year, personal bests, weekday rhythms, blood work and the Doctor Snapshot. No basic mode, no reminders on Home. Membership is what finds the reasons. Discoveries mines your logs against your biology for patterns you would not spot by hand ("two coffees after 2 PM, 22 minutes less deep sleep, seen 9 times"). Ask Bivryn answers "why am I tired this week" from your own year of data. Body Memory writes your history as chapters, and the weekly recap tells the week as a story. $6.99 a month or $39.99 a year, first week included. If you already subscribe, your price goes down at your next renewal; you don't need to do anything. The day ahead, with times Under the reading, a forecast: how long the morning holds, when the dip lands and how deep, whether the evening comes back, with clock times, from the same curve that draws the Arc. Once you have twenty similar mornings on file it adds the range those mornings produced. The widget shows the short version ("Dip ~3 PM, back by 7"), and one quiet notification arrives before the dip when it is deep enough to feel. Off in Profile if you'd rather not. This week, in numbers A new reading under the Arc says what this week did against last week: sleep, HRV and resting heart rate, this week beside last, with the biggest shift named in a sentence. It appears once two channels have four recorded days in each week, and says which channel it left out and why. Share it and it comes out typeset, not as a dashboard. Your year, on one line If Apple Health holds six months or more, Home draws your year: HRV, sleep or resting heart rate as one line, weekly means, the best seven-day stretch marked, the two end values labelled. Memory draws the whole record, up to five years, one line per channel, broken where the watch was off. Most people with years on a wrist have never seen it as a shape. A shorter first minute Three screens. Then Bivryn reads your last twelve months of Apple Health in front of you and shows what it found before you see Home. If there is nothing to read yet, it skips straight through. Questions about conditions moved to Profile. Notes for your doctor The things you think of between appointments and forget in the room. Add one from the Note tile ("Bring to my next visit") or from the Doctor Snapshot, and it prints there, dated, beside the biology, the labs and the symptom log. One true line every morning The reading's first sentence now always says one thing about your own numbers: a personal best within reach, the channel that moved most against your baseline, or the fact that nothing did, with the numbers that show it. Which wearable recorded last night Bivryn has always read Oura, WHOOP, Garmin and Withings through Apple Health. Now it says so: Profile shows which device recorded your sleep, HRV and heart rate, and the first screens tell ring owners exactly where the Apple Health switch is in their app. Written on your iPhone On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, the free reading's first sentence is written on the device, from your own numbers, with nothing sent anywhere. It passes the same checks as every other sentence in the app before it appears. Also - One body score. The Arc and Profile now show the same number, today's; the smoothed average lives in the Body Score sheet as a comparison, not a second score. - No grades. The ring no longer says Good or Great under the number. The score is a reading. - When no sleep was recorded, Home asks one question in the morning and the answer becomes part of your history. - Home is set like a page: the reading, this week and yesterday's call are typeset, no boxes. Boxes are kept for things you can press. - Trends on Profile show the number, not a verdict: "+6%" in place of "Improving". - With VoiceOver on, choose Audio Graph to hear the day's curve.
