App has issue with ios
Taken a 3 yr subscription of this app. It worked properly for a 1 yr after that its not working properly at all. I am not able to sync the data on the phone, tried calling customer care but getting the same response every time. The issue is yet to be solved.

I am writing to formally raise a critical concern that has been affecting my business operations
for quite some time now.
There is a consistent mismatch in the receivables and payables data displayed in the Biz Analyst application. Despite raising this issue multiple times, I continue to receive the same generic response:
“Sir, you will receive a call shortly.”
Unfortunately, no one ever follows up, and the problem remains unresolved.
This lack of resolution and follow-up has started to impact my business decision-making and financial accuracy. As a paid user, I expect not just automated replies but real support with accountability and timely resolution.
I request the following from your end:
1. Assign a dedicated support executive to handle this issue end-to-end.
2. Provide a clear timeline for resolving the data mismatch.
3. Share the root cause and how this will be prevented in the future.
Please treat this matter as urgent. If not resolved soon, I may be forced to reconsider continuing with your service and leave an honest review reflecting my experience

Very bad after sales service
I regret ever subscribing to this business accounting app. After paying for the annual subscription, the app stopped working properly, making it impossible to manage my accounts efficiently. What’s worse? The customer support is absolutely useless!
No matter how many times I reached out, I got either no response or generic replies that did nothing to fix the issue. They clearly have no intention of updating the app based on customer feedback. It’s outdated, full of glitches, and completely unreliable for any serious business.
If you’re looking for an accounting app with good support and regular updates, DO NOT waste your money on this one. They take your payment and disappear!

App keep crashing
If you sync data for over one year that app starts crashing and stops openning
Wonderful business tool
I strongly recommend this app to get up to data data & analysis promptly. One can keep good control on overall accounts.
Too much updates - no popup
Too much updates. Mostly every month need to update. And the main thing is that there is no popup for updates.. we need to go and check why its not working. Then we need to visit app store and then update and nd then start using 🤞🏼
Waste of Money and Time
I bought it since its my 5th month . My app is not working well . And zero customer support .
Too much Self Ads
The app is Good but there are too much in app purchase ads, So this blocks the viewing of the screen making it smaller. We are paid subscribers then why this , atleast we should be able to remove it clicking an X

Price of item’s are showing in Basic Value, waiting for update with including Tax Price (Net Price of item) since 3 Years but still not updated. Have contacted customer support many times but same reply every time that it will be soon …
Not satisfied
I have taken a 2 years subscription for this app but it stopped working in an year, and after raising so many tickets, verbal complaints to team and vendor from whom I have purchased this subscription no action. I will say that who so ever is taking subscription please be aware of this kind of stupid app, where no team is responsible for after sales service. Really a bad app with no management system.

I love Biz Analyst!
It gives me clear picture of my business in my mobile. But there is no direct way to send ledgers in PDF! That’s a very basic functionality. Why don’t you want to send the link to client then expect them to open the web page and then download the file? Why so many steps involved for a simple file to be downloaded!

They Never solve issue
They never solve issue. For a year i have been asking them to solve issue but they keep giving same answer that we have forwarded issue and will resolve. But still nothing is being resolved. We cannot get outstanding as on today. Because when i check outstanding for current date, it is not showing invoice whose PDC cheque details have been entered. So it will create confusion for sales team. They will think that outstanding is less whereas the outstanding is more and still pdc cheques are yet to be deposited in future
