Multiple Downtime both on electricity and on app.

No proper connection and credentials saving option
Total downside of this app.. also connection seems falsely acquisition for termination pending although huge bills are paid on monthly basis.

Authentication problem
Login after some days it asked for again authentication

Not able to make complaint on the app easily every time an error messages appear which is very frustrating

Logged out after short unuse of application
Can’t login with FaceID
On iPhone, I am unable to login with Face ID inspite of enabling it. It always asks me CA-# and phone number and only with OTP option it opens. What is the use of the feature of Face ID enabling when it doesn’t work? I am amazed that this group has TCS and you can’t test such basic features on iPhone .
