Pain and pleasure of EV
The chargers in Sentrum Mall, sristi nagar, Asansol are excellently working now. We can depend on this facility now. Morning time is better because power failure is rare. Occasionally, voltage fluctuations disrupt the charging but you can initiate again. But you need 1.5 h for charging. This is the pain of EV. Since I don’t have home charging facility in other city, Asansol, it’s stressful to depend on public charging. Driving 232km away from Kolkata is risky but I drive sometimes and get the vehicle charged in the public charging station. If others are in your car they will be disappointed to wait in the car for 2 h. So my conclusion is EV is fine if you drive 100 km from your home and get it recharged after you return home. Otherwise, driving 200 km depending on public charging station is risky

Bug for iphone
For iphone users this app was giving error at the time of changing! Then the helpful customer care guy tild me to change phone time format to 24 hours instead of 12 hours which solved the error!! They should do something about this issue as coz of this had to face unnecessary running for other charges. Otherwise it was perfectly good

Traps your money, flawed tax system & terrible support I've used multiple EV charging
I’ve used multiple EV charging networks, and Tata EZ Charge is hands-down the worst app on the market. Here is exactly why you should avoid it:
1. Trapped Funds: Every other top private player allows you to refund your wallet balance if you decide to close your account. With this app, once your money is added, there is absolutely no way to get it back.
2. Broken Tax Logic: Unlike other apps that calculate your tax at the end of your charging session, this app deducts GST upfront when you add funds to the wallet. If you have an insufficient balance in the middle of a session and need to top up, the tax calculation becomes a mess and you end up paying unnecessary extra taxes just to keep charging.
3. Nightmare Customer Care: You expect a certain standard from the Tata brand, but the support team is completely unprofessional. They offer zero proper solutions and their behavior is totally unacceptable.
Overall, this app is a massive frustration. It would honestly be better if they just shut it down entirely rather than trapping users' money with a broken billing system. Avoid at all costs and use other charging networks!

Most Reliable charging network in India
Tata makes travelling fun and cost effective with their network of EV charging stations across the country, they are silently expanding their reach and enabling the EV revolution in India. Most dependable and reliable EV charging stations and when you learn that there is s Tata charging station around, you know you are in good and safe hands, it never fails you…Have been to many hill stations and in plains as well, other chargers make throw a tantrum at times, but when I site a Tata charger I’m relieved and assured of excellent services. I own 2 EV cars for now 2 years and enjoying every bit of it 🫡
