Worst experience everyday
Just to pay 20 rupees every day, I have to do the upi. But that’s not the problem. The problem is the chargers are at low network areas and upi doesn’t work. I used to submit 2 star rating after every charge. Suggested them to add a wallet so that I don’t need to deal with network issues. After few days, the app didn’t allow to rate 1 star for my charging event. And now all of a sudden, it made me automatic logout from the app. My previous credentials weren’t working and this time asking for email id confirmation. Why on the earth you need my email id when my mobile number is already registered. Totally dissatisfied with the service. But I don’t have an option other than to use this mode of charging.

Very poor pathetic service support
Very poor service , better to buy old companies scooty like tvs hero etc , don’t buy new companies scooty as they have poorer services they have only one service in the city and even they don’t have pick and drop so it is very difficult for a working person who is living distant from service centre to come and get service and go back. At least they should have open service centre in 3-4 side of area
