Worst experience everyday
Just to pay 20 rupees every day, I have to do the upi. But that’s not the problem. The problem is the chargers are at low network areas and upi doesn’t work. I used to submit 2 star rating after every charge. Suggested them to add a wallet so that I don’t need to deal with network issues. After few days, the app didn’t allow to rate 1 star for my charging event. And now all of a sudden, it made me automatic logout from the app. My previous credentials weren’t working and this time asking for email id confirmation. Why on the earth you need my email id when my mobile number is already registered. Totally dissatisfied with the service. But I don’t have an option other than to use this mode of charging.

Very poor pathetic service support
Very poor service , better to buy old companies scooty like tvs hero etc , don’t buy new companies scooty as they have poorer services they have only one service in the city and even they don’t have pick and drop so it is very difficult for a working person who is living distant from service centre to come and get service and go back. At least they should have open service centre in 3-4 side of area

The person in the Ather service centre (Mukundnagar) said the charger is privately owned and I cannot charge My Hero Vida there please look into it I had to push my Vehicle for 2Kms just because they wont let me charge it there. If it is privately owned why does it show up on the App?

Quite a terrible experience
I use this in my apartment and honestly don't know why such a service needs to exist. Multiple times the app cops out. Currently I'm unable to stop charging but have already plugged out. Apps like this penetrating into apartments will only make ev adoption difficult thanks to their terrible service. Honest request to sell your scooters and public charging but please stop this torture in apartments

Best EV charging app
AtherGrid is the best app there is in India for EV charging. The UI and UX is really intuitive and you can literally glide through the app in a breeze. Find a charging point and navigate to it.

Issue
I am using this app for pretty sometime and have suggested others also. But from recent past I’m unable to access, search location screen refreshes to get out of the app. Unable to use this when I needed atmost.
Crashing
Minor fix is crashing in my phone. Please don’t upgrade now.
