Need magic twist in SL
I’m riding a 450x and it has been absolutely amazing. I’ve stopped driving my car unless it’s a family trip because I love riding the 450x. I’m using it in Sri Lanka and some of the functions are not available here. I would love to have magic twist work because I always use the throttle to slow down before apply brakes. Please Ather team, give us magic twist

Vehicle not getting start and executujve not at all supportive
Regrettably, it is true that the vehicle has not been functioning properly for the past three days. Due to the rainy weather conditions, we have not been able to ride it. The Ather staff has informed us that there are some issues with the software update. I purchased the vehicle in January, and unfortunately, the current condition is not satisfactory.

Worst services ever
I don’t know what’s wrong with these people they are least bothered about the user experience as the days oases they don’t even care what issues user is facing becoming worst then Ola now a days my vehicle charger is not working since 20 days now and they are least bother about it. The service manager calls and ask to charge the vehicle in grid when it comes to there mistake they tell this if not they ask now to charge the vehicle more in grid since it can damage battery as it’s fast charger. I was promised that charger will be fixed by Wednesday but no contact and 1 lady from there escalation team contact me just told I’m checking sir but till now she is checking god only knows what the big deal that she needs 20days to check.

App does not work
Especially after any updates the app does not work for 15-20 days. The app is so bad that you cannot even submit or raise tickets for any issues. It simply says “Ticket creation failed”.
On the scooter side also there are multiple issues. Don’t know why I have paid for Ather Stack when most of the functionalities that they claim don’t work. There is no map support for turn-by-turn navigation etc. you cannot take calls/ see details as they claim on the screen despite the phone being connected, you cannot control music. Have raised this issue multiple times. All they have to say is try updating the software or if issue persists visit service centre. Service centres are few and far between. Also you cannot book slots through the app. Very pained by the app and software.
