One the worst booking platforms I’ve used
The app itself is good but the booking portal for special entry darshan is the worst ever possible one. I’ve been trying to book a special entry darshan ticket for about 4 months now and every time I try to book it, it give me some or other error and does not book my tickets. Once the payment gets rejected, once it just keeps on loading after getting my payment details, once it keep on loading for a few mins after it took all the ticket details. And when I try again, it asks me to wait for another 5-10 mins to book the tickets, it shows 500 tickets available but after entering the details within 50 seconds of copy pasting, it shows tickets not available and asks me to choose another slot. This happened every single time. It’s just a pathetic booking platforms.

Ticket booking process
Very very smooth booking ive ever seen, amazing response from the app, even tough there are lakhs of bookings going on i felt very comfortable to change the slot or to change the date, the best part is while the tym of entering the pilgram delails if the slot got filled, we can easily go back and bood the other slot or date and best thing is our details which we entered will not wipe up, the details will be constant so that we can easily change the slot and continue with payment

Challenge to Tirupati city
If I select Tirupati as my city, it’s not allowing to book, it’s saying, slot is already booed, choose another slot, if I change the city then it’s allowed to book, this needs to be corrected
Cannot book tickets at all
Only changing the ui won’t improve the app. What’s the point of even having this when normal devotees like me can’t even book tickets for my family. I log in those dates when quota releases, when I reach checkout it says slot full select other option. I haven’t booked ticket once. I have tried over 12 times and seen all the feedback on how to book and work around as
I know the traffic is high I’m a ui ux designer myself but you have enough money to get good technology and fix this.
TTD trust is known to be expensive for no reason only fluff without anything actually working.

Worst Design
One of the worst app for Divine group, if a family person need to book the ticket morning 10 AM, if you open the app, it takes around 3 to 4 minutes after everything will be in the red red
Once we select the date which we have certain tickets available, which showed in the app after entering all members, for example, six members in a family after entering six members, name, Aadhaar card number, sex details after clicking all the details, it says, go back and select other date and again we need to enter all Aadhaar card number, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera, very irritating. Please update yourself.
