NRIs, please STAY AWAY.
As an NRI, I expected a reliable property management service, but NoBroker delivered total frustration. RMs are not locally placed, internal teams have zero coordination with each other, and basic tasks like returning my flat keys took constant follow-ups across every channel. It’s extremely difficult for NRIs to reach out to anyone from NoBroker if you have any concerns.
To make matters worse, my plan was renewed at an additional cost without my consent, and support completely ignored my complaints. I am still waiting for refund, while I don’t feel the confidence that I will get it. While one RM tried to help near the end, their fragmented internal setup makes real support impossible.
NRIs, please stay away!

spammers and scammers
they will contact you 100 times till you buy package and then you will end up calling them. They don’t connect on whatsapp so NRIs be ready to spend on international calls. very unprofessional staff. they couldn’t find tenant in 3 weeks and finally I found one myself who gave me more rent than asked and little less deposit. THESE NO BROKER SCAMMERS DIDN’T REFUND MY PACKAGE MONEY. coz deposit was little less than what I had quoted them. why would I be rigid on deposit for unfurnished flat. they just needed an excuse not to refund. bhikari saale. company will grow but longoki haye se marenge.

It’s worse service I ever experienced
They took money from for each and every service which even not required and when it time to return the money to me they just giving excuses now it’s more than 2 months I’m expecting just 3805 Rs from them but instead they deduct my money from rent.
Useless, NoBroker because this app is the Broker
No way to contact anyone/any owner until you pay the app, so the app name is a misnomer it should instead be Broker as the app wants to be the broker, you have to pay the app to communicate with owner. It’s basically another Shadi.com this time for finding apartment

As an NRI customer, I cannot count how many times I’ve been called at ungodly hours without ever requesting any service. I keep telling them to take me off their list.
The one time I did buy their service to help sell my flat, they initially told me we are confident your flat will sell at x and later when it came to actual field sales no one ever visited and just told me to lower prices by a lot as their own sales people overstate the expected sales price
