1★ – Extremely disappointing experience for NRIs
I enrolled in NoBroker’s premium property management service expecting a hassle-free way to manage my rental property from overseas. The service came at a significant cost—₹30,000 upfront, an 8% share of the rental income, and deductions from the tenant’s security deposit—but the experience did not match the price.
Even before onboarding was complete, I started receiving repeated calls and emails from multiple sales representatives. After signing the agreement, the calls continued despite my repeatedly requesting that all communication be handled via email because of the time zone difference. I received calls at very inconvenient hours, including early mornings and late nights in my local time.
During the property inspection, I also felt pressured to purchase additional services and products, even after declining them multiple times.
Eventually, I decided to cancel the service after being informed that I would receive a refund within 60 days. Unfortunately, I have been struggling to get my refund processed, and my property keys have still not been returned despite repeated follow-ups.
My experience has been frustrating and stressful, particularly as an NRI relying on a property management service to simplify remote ownership. I hope NoBroker improves its customer communication, respects customers’ preferred contact methods, and resolves refund requests in a timely manner.

fraudsters scammers.
they call 50 times before you buy package and then no calls at all. NRIs be aware we cannot call them as they don’t have whatsapp number. very unprofessional staff. I clearly mentioned no bachelors allowed even then he said there is one tenant whose both parents recently died, will you allow him. they couldn’t find tenant for their own estimate. I found tenant myself with more rent but little less deposit than quoted to them and they got excuse not to refund my package amount.

My experience with NoBroker has been extremely disappointing. I would never recommend their services based on what I went through.
After just 8 months of tenancy, I was presented with ₹55,000 worth of alleged damages, which I strongly dispute. I also paid ₹6,000 for the rental agreement, and overall I do not feel I received value for the money spent.
My humble request to anyone planning to use these services: please think carefully before choosing NoBroker. In my experience, the charges were excessive, the damage assessment was unfair, and the entire process was frustrating.
If possible, I recommend dealing directly with the property owner or exploring other rental platforms. It can save you money, stress, and unnecessary disputes.
