1★ – Extremely disappointing experience for NRIs
I enrolled in NoBroker’s premium property management service expecting a hassle-free way to manage my rental property from overseas. The service came at a significant cost—₹30,000 upfront, an 8% share of the rental income, and deductions from the tenant’s security deposit—but the experience did not match the price.
Even before onboarding was complete, I started receiving repeated calls and emails from multiple sales representatives. After signing the agreement, the calls continued despite my repeatedly requesting that all communication be handled via email because of the time zone difference. I received calls at very inconvenient hours, including early mornings and late nights in my local time.
During the property inspection, I also felt pressured to purchase additional services and products, even after declining them multiple times.
Eventually, I decided to cancel the service after being informed that I would receive a refund within 60 days. Unfortunately, I have been struggling to get my refund processed, and my property keys have still not been returned despite repeated follow-ups.
My experience has been frustrating and stressful, particularly as an NRI relying on a property management service to simplify remote ownership. I hope NoBroker improves its customer communication, respects customers’ preferred contact methods, and resolves refund requests in a timely manner.

fraudsters scammers.
they call 50 times before you buy package and then no calls at all. NRIs be aware we cannot call them as they don’t have whatsapp number. very unprofessional staff. I clearly mentioned no bachelors allowed even then he said there is one tenant whose both parents recently died, will you allow him. they couldn’t find tenant for their own estimate. I found tenant myself with more rent but little less deposit than quoted to them and they got excuse not to refund my package amount.

After just 8 months of tenancy, I was presented with ₹55,000 worth of alleged damages, which I strongly dispute. I also paid ₹6,000 for the rental agreement, and overall I do not feel I received value for the money spent.
My humble request to anyone planning to use these services: please think carefully before choosing NoBroker. In my experience, the charges were excessive, the damage assessment was unfair, and the entire process was frustrating.
If possible, I recommend dealing directly with the property owner or exploring other rental platforms. It can save you money, stress, and unnecessary disputes.

The app doesn’t work
It crashes, hangs, goes blank. And this is when i have paid for subscription.
Poor service
I requested for getting my rental agreement completed after I have made the payment. The customer support does not even respond on the query I have posted.
Beware!! Do not go for No Broker
Do not go for No Broker, they are running a scam. They will make your property inactive on the App and then a sales person will coax you into buying a plan. Once you make the payment no RM or anyone from No Broker will be reachable. I asked for my refund but they’re all unavailable. But when they want to force you to buy a plan, they will call you 10 times in day. I wrote to grievances email ID as well, but no response not even an acknowledgment. Don’t fall for this. Waste of time and money.

Pathetic service and support
App doesn’t deserve even half a star. They are not responding properly to complaints and are not refunding the extra ₹1100 I had to pay due to constant pressure and money-extortion tactics by their delivery partner. This entire experience was absolutely pathetic. Dilip knew from day one that there was no lift at pickup and also knew I had opted for 7 days of free warehouse storage, yet while leaving he suddenly demanded ₹600 extra and I paid it. Then from the 5th day itself he started pushing for ₹750 per extra storage day when I was originally told ₹500. After that he randomly added another ₹500 charge for the 4th floor despite there being a lift, and then demanded another ₹1000 on top of that. I directly paid ₹500 to the delivery guy, but then Dilip started threatening me saying he would take my belongings back.
At every single step there was a new demand for money. Constant pressure, rude behavior, rubbish language and cheap tactics to squeeze out more money. In total I paid an extra ₹1100 and still had to face threats. To make it worse, rats in the warehouse damaged my cartons and instead of taking responsibility for poor warehouse conditions and safety, he shamelessly blamed me for it. NoBroker has completely failed to manage or control its partners. Absolute chaos, zero accountability, and one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any service.

The team called me repeatedly for payment, but now that I’m asking for my money back, no one is even bothering to respond.
I’ve called 100+ times but no one has even bothered to respond. As per the agreement, if you were unable to find a tenant within 60 days, the money was to be refunded. It’s now been 120 days and I still haven’t received a response.
At the time of registration, your team called me 100+ times for payment, but now that I’m asking for my money back, no one is even calling me. I request you to refund my money immediately. Otherwise, I will be forced to post reviews on all platforms.

Their RM are fake and non responsive for NRI services. They will call in middle of the night when we are asleep
Misleading listings used as subscriptions bait
The app advertises properties that seem too good to be true - because they are. Try to contact the owner, get more details or schedule a visit and you’re immediately hit by a subscription prompt (happens only with lucrative listings). These attractive listings appear to exist solely to lure you into paying and not to connect with real owners.
For an app that brands itself on transparency and cutting out middlemen, this feels deeply ironic. Fix the dark patterns, show what’s free and what’s paid upfront, rather than dangling listing as baits.

NRI services
It’s a scam and an absolute nightmare of a service. They charged me ₹10,000 to show 50 rental properties, but they couldn’t successfully arrange even one. This is not “NoBroker Services” — they should rename it “No Services.”

For free Ad tried to contact RM Nagarajuna for Bangalore location . He neither responds and in turn made my number blocked now when I try to contact nobroker support it gets routed to Junk recorded voice message . Now Iam not able to upgrade hence deleting the account . DONT PAY TO THIS COMPANY SAVE YOUR SELF !!!

NoBroker Is Just Brokers in Disguise
Paid to avoid broker but scammed by so called NoBroker. I paid 2400 expecting access to owner phone numbers. After payment, every listing connected me to brokers acting as relationship managers from NoBroker. They behaved exactly like brokers.
The main issue is simple. Why did I pay if I cannot contact owners directly?
For one property, the so called RM said my appointment was for a premium listing and claimed I would need to pay 10k to proceed. That made no sense. I told them to show the property first and discuss payments later.
After the visit, they said both I and the owner had to pay fees. They even played a recorded call with the owner. It was embarrassing.
This feels like a broker service under a different name. At the very least, my money should be refunded since I did not receive the service I paid for.

Bogus services
Went to no broker for land paper verification to hire a lawyer. They charged 7000rs and after 2 days no response from no broker and even the lawyer. Beware of using their services.
Get a broker instead of these scammers

There was no active involvement of the RM and the field manager. There were absolutely no visits or attempts to schedule a visit. All we heard from the RM was to reduce the rent instead of finding candidates to rent.
The keys were collected late and the pictures weren't even posted until 3-4 days into the plan.
The 45 day plan limit was not honored. I would absolutely not recommend NoNroker to anyone.
