Worst After-Sales Service - Not Recommended

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I raised a complaint more than one month ago, but no proper action has been taken. I never received any follow-up call from the service team.
A technician visited only once, looked at the purifier for a few minutes, and simply said it was a software glitch. He told me that the issue would automatically be fixed within 24 hours. It has been much longer than that, and the problem still exists.
The TDS level keeps dropping to 5–6, making the purifier unreliable. Instead of resolving the issue, the service team keeps ignoring the complaint.
I regret purchasing this Atomberg water purifier. A good product is meaningless without reliable after-sales support, and Atomberg has completely failed in that regard.
I would not recommend buying an Atomberg water purifier. There are far better brands with much better service, such as Kent or Eureka Forbes. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

Slow Bluetooth Connection
After recent updates, Bluetooth connection takes a while after we open the app and select fan. This is frustrating and did not happen before. Pls fix.

Awesome Atomberg Fans
The fans are very convenient to use and easy to control through the mobile app. After using them for 8 months, I would definitely recommend them.
Ask me Anything is not responsive enough
Under the Help tab the feature Ask me anything is not even responding to suggested questions by the app itself. It needs to be responsive and capable of answering more questions connected with atomberg features and advantages vis a vis other purifiers, so that customers could understand the real value of their atomberg units.
