MOST USELESS APP WHICH NEVER SENDS HELP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO CANCEL 3 times before you can get a partner successfully. NOT ONLY THIS THE SUPPORT TEAM IS ALSO NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND THEY DONT EVEN MESSAGE OR TELL THAT THE PARTNER WILL NOT COME, THEY SIMPLY DONT SHOW UP
Questionable founder, questionable business exploiting potential clients time and money for R&D
Founder needs to be replaced. She is just a school girl with no capabilities and coming from daddy’s money, rather join Bollywood and be despicable literally than build up a business and exploit it potential customers or current customers Absolutely horrible to see a young founder messing up in such a terrible way where in the market she is just copying a great Monopoly such as urban slap even then she is torturing and traumatising client potential clients with her terrible set up it feels like ghosts are sitting behind the application
I booked a service for 1.5 hours out of the three days pass which is for total three hours technically and no one showed up at my house which is perfectly alright. What isn’t is there was no update from Pronto no email no message direct cancellation and I cannot retrieve that pass. I have tried getting in touch with them today morning and from the reviews that I’ve read especially about these passes on Pronto. I don’t think so the immature founder and their team will be capable of doing anything till they have a big investor who can set her right.
