I am extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the customer support provided by this platform.
The assigned helper, Neha, completed the work within the allotted time, yet she demanded and collected an additional ₹50 in cash. More concerning was her behavior towards my elderly parents (70+ years old), as she shouted at them during the interaction. Such conduct is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
What makes the experience even worse is the poor customer support. Customers are forced to wait for hours just to get connected to a support agent via chat, and even after such a long wait, the quality of assistance provided is extremely disappointing. Despite raising this complaint, I have not received any meaningful response or resolution from your team.
It is unacceptable that customers have to spend hours trying to reach support, only to be met with inaction and poor service. This reflects a serious lack of accountability and customer care.
If such issues continue to be ignored, it will be difficult to trust or recommend this platform in the future.

Horrible maid quality
We live in Gurugram and had had consistently negative experiences with Pronto. Recently a maid came and was disrespectful and out of spite started cleaning our sink with her bare hands then touching our property and refusing to leave. We asked her to clean a bathroom and she complained about doing it and that the slippers we provided for her weren’t good. And she refused to leave until we forced her out. This is the worst experience we’ve had with maids, and Urban company is consistently better from what we’ve seen. Overall do not recommend Pronto, it’s not worth having unprofessional maids in your personal space just to save a few hundred rupees.

If you are looking for a service provider you can actually rely on, look elsewhere. My experience with Pronto, specifically in the Goregaon West area, has been nothing short of pathetic.
More than 50% of the time, the service provider simply never shows up. It doesn't matter if you book them on the day of or in advance—they have no concept of reliability. This is a critical service, and people book it when they have an urgent need, not for amusement. When the service fails, it causes significant disruption to our lives.
To make matters worse, their customer service is a joke. I frequently receive calls claiming there was an "issue" and offering a refund for a service we didn't even book, or for a booking they failed to fulfill in the first place. It is a disorganized, incompetent operation that clearly doesn't value the customer's time or needs.
Do yourself a favor and use a competitor like Snabbit. Their service is actually functional, and frankly, they are already winning because they offer what Pronto clearly cannot: reliability. Save yourself the headache and uninstall this app.

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I booked a helper through the app and waited for more than 3 hours without any proper assignment. During this entire time, customer care was extremely unresponsive — every call took around 30 minutes just to get answered, which was very frustrating.
What makes it worse is that after I had already made the booking, the platform suddenly increased the service prices ignoring the old bookings. Instead, they kept giving false assurances that a helper would be assigned “within 10 minutes,” which never happened.
When I finally tried to cancel because of the delay and inconvenience caused entirely by them, they said the booking was non-refundable. That is completely unfair and unprofessional.
After more than 3 hours, they finally assigned a helper named Rekha. She personally called me and asked about the booking amount, and just 2 minutes later, my booking was suddenly cancelled by her. This clearly reflects poor professionalism and greed from both the platform and the assigned helper.

For the last few bookings, a professional gets assigned more than an hour after the scheduled time. Even worse, when contacted, they either refuse the job or simply don’t show up. This completely defeats the purpose of booking in advance.
There is practically no customer support. Calls are never answered, and the only response received is a generic “sorry for the inconvenience” message on the app. That is not acceptable when customers are paying in advance and planning their day around these bookings.
Also, booking slots are hardly available, and despite that, they still accept payments without ensuring service availability.
This has become a repeated pattern and feels like a complete waste of time and money. Would not recommend relying on Pronto unless they significantly improve their service reliability and customer support.
