Great products but the App and the service is a nightmare to deal with.
Their products are great and probably the only reason why I am still sticking around. The customer care can’t be bothered. Every call made needs you to explain the issue from the start with no logging system. Delivery and pickups are often delayed. But my experience with the app is the worst! The app is a nightmare when it comes to payment. Every month I have to try at least 15 times before payment goes through. Multiple UPI, cards from several different banks, net banking, everything fails with no explanation. The website version used to have a place to pay for rental and now they have stopped that as well. I used to be an unlimited customer and only got rid of it because every month, it took me 50 tries to make a payment. And there was no Autopay. I then moved to Rental thinking Autopay will save me from this monthly nightmare. But no! I have subscribed for Autopay yet every month I get notifications that autopay could not be processed although there’s funds in the bank. Raised numerous complains with the customer care team but apparently Nothing is wrong with the app. The developers should take note of this issue. If I leave Furlenco it would be because of your horrible app and the pain to pay. If you reply to my comment asking me to email customer care, please let me know what new information should I share this time so that the complain actually reaches you.
