Its a scam
Its a money laundering scam, this people displays different product and you will get different. If you ask for missing things they will ask you to pay extra for other product. I rented a TV , as per their ad its clearly written tv stand is in the box, at delivery I didn’t get the stand, i escalated they said you have to rent tv unit we dint have stand, 1st question if i already Have tv unit, why should i rent, and 2nd which kind of stand it is which is not applicable to my tv unit but your rented tv unit will be compatible with it. Then they are scamming like if u cancel the order we will not refund you. And this is the scam, entire 1 month rent + deposit+ the charges and taxes they have taken all are gone. Don’t buy or rent from rentomojo, my worst experience that too their customer care is highly unprofessional and no manners to talk. Their delivery executives are like continuously calling and asking to stay at home as apart from me they cant deliver to my family members. They told me to take office leave if i want delivery. Worst service provider.

Bad customer care experience
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Rentomojo’s customer support. The customer care executives are quite rude and do not respond in a timely manner. When I called regarding a simple request to reschedule my product return by just two days (since we won’t be available), the response was not helpful at all.
They kept saying that the delivery team will call and only then can it be handled. When I asked what happens if I miss the call or if they don’t call at all, they simply repeated the same answer instead of providing a clear solution. They also didn’t mentioned that rescheduling can be done through the app, and conversation itself felt very rude and dismissive.
For a simple request, the experience should have been much smoother. I hope Rentomojo improves the professionalism and responsiveness of their customer support team.

Rento Mojo totally fraud
They are charging too much for any subscription. You have taken. I have taken the subscription for bed and mattress, and I have worst experience earlier. Also, rent executive support is very bad. They won’t connect with you when you need them. They will generate new bill for you and then they will call you and ask you for extra amount for your subscription. Also, they have some certain rules for early closer charges, you will have to pay early closer charges. If you are closing your subscription within or before your time, you need to close the subscription exactly on the day when your service is going to end if you are closing the subscription few days before it’s not going to work out, they will tell you need to close the subscription exactly this same day, and you cannot connect them when you are trying to close the product. You will be only connected back from them. When they are eligible to charge you extra for next month bill.
I would rather suggest everyone to purchase the product directly.

No service, customer support, will hold you money for long without you getting real services.
I placed an order for rent. The app took upfront payment, not allowing to proceed without payment of product.
Then asks for kyc verifications of both myself and parents.
Due to their own problems, had to fill kyc 5times, the verification alone took more than 3days. Multiple times prompting and forcing for parent verification even though once done.
After all this, a phone was made from their end, requesting bank statement, which i provided and then i got a call today, saying the account balances don’t match in the bank statement - official e-statement provided by sbi itself, and requesting for our offer letter of internship and parent bank statement. Now i have joining from tomorrow nd m stuck with no source for purified water.
