Most Reliable charging network in India

Tata makes travelling fun and cost effective with their network of EV charging stations across the country, they are silently expanding their reach and enabling the EV revolution in India. Most dependable and reliable EV charging stations and when you learn that there is s Tata charging station around, you know you are in good and safe hands, it never fails you…Have been to many hill stations and in plains as well, other chargers make throw a tantrum at times, but when I site a Tata charger I’m relieved and assured of excellent services. I own 2 EV cars for now 2 years and enjoying every bit of it 🫡

Please update

I have visited charging station at kamps corner but it was not working
And in application it shows available .
Please update status of charging station correctly 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Please mention which charging station is working and which is not working ...
So it helps customer to reach at proper charging station ...

This is joke in the name of Update

Asked them to help me find out Public charger in Mumbai as there is no filter available in the app which can simply do the same. They can't help. Asked them to remove charger or at least put RLS so that others can't see it again no action. This is what happens when people think there is no accountability

Update: based on your reply, First learn the problem statement that customer is highlighting. Your response is useless.

Best app in my opinion

I’m using this app since last 2 years & many times so chargers were not working but if u call them & request to start they always open to help you to connect.

Charging in last three years

Charging is better than two years back
If the charging is not working and car battery is low then is the problem
The help line performance is very bad and never got a reply till now
Private charging stations on high ways are helping in those conditions

Application is smooth & quick

Application has become much smoother & quicker with ease of use. But the developers should add the possibility to share the location of charger from the application with google maps link as many times it’s required to be shared with drivers & it’s easier that way!

Great Network, with room for polish.

I’ve been using the Tata Power EZ Charge app for several months with my EV, and it offers one of the most extensive charging networks in India — the in-app map with real-time availability is a definite plus.

What I like:
• Easy to locate nearby chargers and reserve a slot in many cities.
• Payment and session summary features are generally smooth.
• The backing of a large infrastructure operator gives confidence that the stations will keep expanding.

What could be better:
• Occasionally the charging session fails to initiate (“SOC not connected”) or stops unexpectedly — this can be frustrating when you’re on the road.
• The wallet / top-up balance sometimes shows delays or unclear history. A few users report stuck funds.
• Pricing feels higher in some locations compared to alternatives, which means cost-sensitive users may hesitate.
• The UI could be more intuitive, especially under time pressure (e.g., when you arrive tired and just want to plug in).

Verdict:
If you own an EV and need reliable access to a large public charging network, this app is one of the better options available. Just go in with realistic expectations: it works well most of the time, but not flawlessly yet. Having a backup (other network or method) is wise.

Rating: 4 ★ — Strong network + good features, but some rough edges remain.

App feedback

App needs updates to maps as it is difficult to locate the charger. Starting charging also takes time. App needs a refresh to make is user friendly - too many unnecessary menu options

Chargers available but always non-functional

There have been so many times that I have visited Tata chargers but most of my visits have been extremely disappointing. Most places chargers are non-functional and no support is available. It is a very unreliable network of chargers. I have been stuck in various parts of the country and if it were only Tata chargers, one should rethink their decision of buying an ev.

Happy to use

It was in bit remote area but the only charger saved my journey is this one but bit costly compared to regular fast charger but it’s okay to provide this at that location u suggest Tata power to expand more this kind of fats charges at this locations to make Electric mobility more accessible in India to all the locations

Goa trip

In Goa (Baga)I was shocked to see no chargers available in other apps
When I opened Tata app it was a surprise to see number of chargers. I tried one which was near to me at blooms hotel and worked perfectly, used it twice without any issues

Good charging experience

I had good charging experience. It is easy to operate through app. But charging is too costly. 29/- per unit including tax. That quite disappointing. If Tata can decrease charges it will be great experience.
And also small shed kind of facility should available to protect charger as well as vehicle during summer and rainy weathers.

Charge your Tesla via this app.

A Tata product can never be judged by the cover - can’t be judged period. Open the app and you end up on USA. ‘Wanna charge your Tesla?’
Drag your map to India - the app will crash. Ok how about QR code scans,wait will it crash? Try it, download it cos there ain’t any option LOVE IT.

Please don’t download this app!!!

This app is a joke! I did all they asked to sign up and logged in and then automatically I was signed out. After 100 tries I was somehow able to reset my password and tried logging in but it says something went wrong again and again. The worst part I was able to login with the same credentials on my laptop but what’s the use when I need the mobile app to work on when I am out with my car! Honestly disappointing.

Great App- User friendly and Informative

As I a consumer, I got information about chargers near my locality. My experience was also great while using it for a charging session , it was seamless. I have also used it in past, it has improved a lot. Good Work TATA POWER!!

Crashing after update

This app was working just fine till i updated it last week,after that the app has become very unstable and keeps on crashing multiple times,only after 4-5 attempts does it open,pls fix this issue quickly,as the charging is dependant entirely on this app and the app not working properly can be a big problem especially when travelling outstation

Best App Ever for finding and charging EV

When it comes to EV charging this is the best app ever. The best part is TATA does not discriminate other EV cars from charging in it’s station rather it provides equal and fair chance to all the EV cars/bus. Also, it is very easy to use just plug in, add money to wallet and start charging. Just keep in mind lock your car after plugging it in as it checks for Isolation of the car before starting to charge. At first I had issue too but after doing this it is just so easy. It gets connects in the first time. Happy consumer. Please grow as sky!
