cant rotate to use with ipad pro
cant rotate to use with ipad pro, bad apps.. basic feature should be can rotate auto or manually, but this apps canbt do that. does developer newbie?
Unable to connect server...
The apps is too slow especially during afternoon when we're busy with order and postage, and the connection failed. Customer service also slow to serve when we ask for help. Not recommended this apps!

Tolong la remove popup search tu. Annoy betul. Susah nak search satu satu product. PLEASE!

Slow, lagging and not connected to server
this app needs so much improvement! i used this app just because of the company’s requirement. it always lagging, then saying it’s not connected to the server and keep needing me to log in. the worst part, this app is so slow !! wish i could give this 0 star !

So bad. Slow. Not smooth at all. Please do something quickly. It annoys me so much that it kept crashing and disconnecting. Worst app
Cannot register
I have try more than 10 time to register. And also login my old account but cannot. Its appear “pengkalan data tidak dapat disambung”. Even my connection and data Full LTE but still cannot. I already registered for business for more than 1 month. But bizzapp cannot use till now. Pls help me asap
Unreiable
System always down. Developer pls do smtg. Dont take people’s money when u have unreliable system base.
Slow apps
The apps are realy helpfull but its to slow. Loading to long to upload receipt. Need to improve
Font , not user friendly, not properly manage , lagging , search engine problem
Sorry developer, you apps need an improvememt la. Basically user interface agak berkecamuk. Especially dekat font. Capital je semua tempat, serabut tengok. Apps dh fuction utk org ramai. Cuba impliment good interface design. Hehe because its kinda hard to learn to use it 🤭

Slow
Bayar mahal tapi slow. Sometimes not working. Selalu stuck. Problem banyak. Kadang2 pop up tu tak perlu complicated sgt. Banyak sgt kena buat satu satu. Like too complicated and banyak bnda tak perlu.
Ralat dalam data jualan apabila export ke excel
Salam admin,
Saya dah pakai lebih kurang 3 tahun apps ni dan baru-baru ini saya handle bab postage barang. So saya memakai data bulk upload dan data jualan yang boleh dimuat turun. Masalahnya jika terdapat duplicated order/double, data jualan yang dimuat turun untuk checklist order customer menjadi double walaupun salah satu order sudah dibatalkan. Contohnya customer A order 3 barang dan order dimasukkan double oleh agent lain. Salah satu order customer A sudah saya batalkan, then baru saya akan muat turun data tersebut. Masalahnya kuantiti yang terdapat pada data jualan selepas dimuat turun tidak dihapuskan maka ia menjadi double the price walaupun hanya 1 order customer A dipaparkan menjadikan kuantiti tetap double iaitu 6 barang. Tuan bayangkan sehari customer ada 100 lebih kurang sudah tentu rumit untuk saya mengecam mana customer yang double untuk mengesan kuantiti yang betul. Sebagai pengguna saya memohon solusi untuk permasalahan ini tuan. Terima kasih.

Slow server!
Please if you want to update this app, just make sure we still can do our work! This is an app business. We have a lot of postage to make and everything, but server always slow and down.
Attachment not saved
Features quite easy to use. Few times already my stokis said I don't attach the receipt even I already attach the screenshot in the first place. End up the orders need to be processed manually.
Hope this bug can be fixed asap.

Very sloowww apps
Take very long time to response, and even sometime cannot access at all. U should do some upgrade otherwise it will give bad impact to some bussiness
