Great deals, Excellent customer service
I’ve used BJJHQ for 6+ years now, checking the app daily and scooping up the attractive hot deals. I recently purchased something and when my package was unfortunately stolen they immediately sent another without me asking. Great site and company!
Horrible
App is pretty horrible. Can’t save a payment method. Clicking on the PayPal link to pay does absolutely nothing. Rolling deal is over by the time you can enter payment info.

Push notifications work now
Got this app in spite of seeing all the negative reviews saying that the rolling deals push notifications don’t work. Well, those are from several years ago and now they do. Thanks bjjhq now I’m going to spend too much money on BJJ gear ❤️
Push notifications don’t work
Incredibly annoying that the push notifications don’t work especially during “rolling deals”. Fix the app you guys are losing money due to this.
Payment Option is Garbage
Being Canadian, my only payment option is PayPal, a company that can decide what is misinformation and charges $2,500 to those it doesn’t like (of course, they said they removed this policy). It’s unfortunate, as there are a lot of deals that I’ve seen (and missed).

Great site bad app
The website is honestly better. The app doesn’t have a working screen for saving addresses or cards so you have to re enter everything every time. The website saves both. Main difference is notifications but BJJHQ app doesn’t always notify me either. Deals are great, they sell good products, just a badly done app.

I can’t even make an order because it won’t let me change the selection to Canada.
App needs serious work
Comment section is a joke, continues to revert me back to American version even though I’m a Canadian customer, difficult if not impossible to change most account settings.

Reading Clipboard?
Why is the app reading my clipboard every time I open it?
This app spies on your pasteboard
For some reason, when opening this app, iOS will notify you that it pastes whatever you recently copied last.
Rolling deals notification turns off
I have set the setting to rolling deals to on in the app and my phone. If I close the application and open it again rolling deals is turned off. I have to keep the app open for notifications.
Not the best app or website either
I’ve used this app before (5ish years back without a problem) but now I can’t get it to give me proper notifications even when I select to have them sent to my phone for new deals alerts.
Also can’t change my address, add a new address or select Canadian shipping. Missed out on a ton of rolling deals due to this glitch.
Also will never remember my setting as Canadian location and reverts back to American every time I open the app.
The website will at lest remember my Canadian setting but will again not let me change my address nor add a Canadian shipping address at all.

Tested?
Pretty sure they didn’t test this. The edit information screen is horrible. Also no way to store address & payment info before ordering. Uploading photos is ridiculous. The interface is horrible. Etc...
No notifications
Despite having everything turned on, notifications are never received. App would be a much better rating with notifications working.
Please add notifications
This would be a good app if I would just get notified when new rolling deals go up. But on the flip-side, the lack of this feature has likely saved me hundreds of dollars and several awkward conversations with my wife.
No Notifications
As others have said, it's faster on desktop. My main beef is that I don't receive notifications when new deals start nor for rolling deals. My settings in the app and iOS are both set to allow.
