Football Cleats Run Small
I purchased a pair of football cleats for my son. Wears size 3.5 in all other brands. I ordered a pair of Venum Elite Football Cleats in the same size and they didn’t fit. I paid to get a size 4 sent and they didn’t fit. I went to use my purchase code to go up to size 5 but it didn’t work. I tried multiple times. I reached out to customer service for help after the return deadline and they won’t let me return perfectly fine cleats that just don’t fit. They run small, I am trying to represent the brand but they aren’t helping. Worse thing is that they say the system doesn’t let them help me.
