Mostly perfect
App works well for the most part but I can’t open the pictures in the reviews on the app like I can on the website. I have to be switching between the website and the app to get a good look at items which is very annoying.

Poor customer service and quality
I bought for hundreds of dollars from this company and as some of the pieces were of bad qualities, I had no good return from the customer service. Recommend to shop elsewhere.
App and the website both suck
Seriously I know you guys do this to capitalize on fomo and artificial scarcity but code some damned filters. I’m trying to buy something from you and looking at things with the large filter on which is the only one you even have and all I see is things where you DO NOT HAVE THAT SIZE IN STOCK!!! App is better than the site I guess since you can’t even sort or filter at all on the site. When you guys make the rare item that doesn’t look like some cringe ed hardy throwback it kind of sucks that it’s just never available in anything other than victim size and making it harder to navigate your store just makes me leave and go to your competitors.
