Football Cleats Run Small
I purchased a pair of football cleats for my son. Wears size 3.5 in all other brands. I ordered a pair of Venum Elite Football Cleats in the same size and they didn’t fit. I paid to get a size 4 sent and they didn’t fit. I went to use my purchase code to go up to size 5 but it didn’t work. I tried multiple times. I reached out to customer service for help after the return deadline and they won’t let me return perfectly fine cleats that just don’t fit. They run small, I am trying to represent the brand but they aren’t helping. Worse thing is that they say the system doesn’t let them help me.

I am a boxer and absolutely love the style, fit and comfort of multiple items from Venum including white snakeskin boots, t-shirts and shorts. I love the experience of putting such high quality gear on and gets me amped for work- outs on the bag with Fight Camp or at Firebird Gym in Iowa.

Wonky app
App is always buggy for me. It bugs out the entire time I try to place an order then almost always crashes hard and dumps my entire cart. Waste of my freaking life. It does this about 3 times before I’m able to actually check out and pay.

Cart empties
Every time I attempt to log in my cart empties. Sends tons of text messages asking me if I want to continue with what’s in my cart and when you go back, nothing in cart. Was supposed to get 20 % off first “app” order and discount code would not work. Had to start from scratch. Great product, great quality but won’t order from app again. App is garbage.
