App won’t allow to customize sides of an entree
Adding points
When adding points of a past check to your account, you are required to enter the sub total value. They provide a key pad to enter the amount. But where is the place to enter the decimal point? Get a better key pad for your app!
Receipt Point Glitch
When I try to add the points from my receipt last week, the app says I haven’t selected a valid location even though I selected from the in-app drop down list.
FRUSTRATING
Only allows one gift card to be entered. Defaulted to card I didn’t want to use.
Make a reward account
If you sign up for the birthday stuff they give you free stuff
No link or integration with reservation system
They used to only do waitlist. Now they take reservations. But there’s no hint of this in the app.

Unless you eat here daily. This app is a waste of time. I eat out at least once a week. Sometimes 3 or 4 times. I go to BJs a lot. And the points expire faster than any other restaurant. I would say its my favorite. Its really close to my house. Convenience is a large part of that. But this is ridiculous. Been using this app for 3 years. Have never used a single point. Always add my rewards receipt or phone number to the staff. Maybe I go to too many other places. I like variety.

No points
I give them my telephone number every time but they are NOT GIVING ME MY POINTS!!! I called and they said to talk to a manager next time and if I have my receipt they ca add the points
Takes too long to
I just downloaded this app and I am already regretting it. It takes more than 20-30 seconds to stop buffering/or whatever each time I click on an icon to move around the app. I don’t have time for this. DoorDash and grub hub are a lot faster and I can get my order placed with either of them before I can even get to the BJ’s menu on this app.
I watch that stupid pizza losing slices for longer than it took for me to open the door dash app and select my order. I never made it to the menu on this app before giving up

It’s unnecessary and screws up to go orders.

Not all food was delivered. Not mad at delivery person, BJs said food was ready, but not all food delivered. Didn’t get my completed order!
Useless App
This is one of the most user unfriendly apps I have had the misfortune to use! The Group Order function is a joke! There is nothing obvious about it. Fix it!
