We’ve been coming to BJs for a long time here in Lewisville. The food is consistently good and the happy hour specials are great and happy hour in the bar area during key games. Reward program is easy to get $10 rewards. Better than 54th for sure. No even close.
Super easy
This app was very easy to use. So convenient to pay my check this way. The food and the service was great. I had the cherry salmon. It was awesome.
The app is the opposite of how their beer tastes
The service at BJ's is awesome, the beer is awesome but the app is totally inconsistent. Shows receipts weird and doesn't keep track of your actual points.
Best Restaurant
The variety of beers are excellent! The burgers are also excellent! This is my favorite place for getting a good burger!! The best burger to me is the Hickory Brisket Bacon Burger impaired with Jeremiah Red beer!!

Cannot pay when placing an order or when dining in. There is a weird array error.

I’ve been using the app about 7 years … it always works and it’s smooth. Wish all Apps were this complete!
Couldn’t pay
App didn’t work tried all credit cards no one went through. Not sure if it was because I was also using a gift card. It’s been a while since I’ve ordered using the app and now remember why since it doesn’t work letting me pay. Ended up ordering elsewhere.

BJ’s is our place of choice to get out of our busy routine as realtors. When we think of a quick bite or a drink or both, BJ’s always wins. The prices are reasonable, the food is good and the service is the best, Carlos is always great and we highly recommended this place to our friends, thank you and keep up the good work!!

Glitchy and Crashes
So many issues each time when trying mobile pay, and don’t even try to use gift cards, will fail every time. Even the staff are aware of how bad the app is!

Lost $40
On 8/1 afternoon there are $40 rewards money in my account, by 8/2 morning, it’s all gone, I reached out to customer service, he said he could not tell what happened, so far no one called me back to tell me what happened

I like the restaurant and the app. Only thing I do not vibe with is it only shows you 18% and up tips. It should start at 10% tip, then 15%. Both which is the traditional range.

Fast and convenient easy to navigate
My phone is too old
I’ve been using the app for years. But recently I can’t open the app because it says I need to upgrade my ios. But I can’t.
Delete
The app charges you 12% for a delivery fee and then an additional service charge on top of that. None of that money goes to the driver so after you end up tipping service fees end up costing about 30% of your total order. That is ridiculous. Using an app should be more convenient for them because it removes any human interaction. It shouldn’t cost 15% of your bill in fees just to use an app. Deleting.

Useless now
App soft locks itself on iOS 17 by telling you to update to a different version, despite the app loading in the background. So basically can’t access my rewards anymore. Great.
