Lost $40
On 8/1 afternoon there are $40 rewards money in my account, by 8/2 morning, it’s all gone, I reached out to customer service, he said he could not tell what happened, so far no one called me back to tell me what happened
Great app
I like the restaurant and the app. Only thing I do not vibe with is it only shows you 18% and up tips. It should start at 10% tip, then 15%. Both which is the traditional range.

Fast and convenient easy to navigate
My phone is too old
I’ve been using the app for years. But recently I can’t open the app because it says I need to upgrade my ios. But I can’t.
Delete
The app charges you 12% for a delivery fee and then an additional service charge on top of that. None of that money goes to the driver so after you end up tipping service fees end up costing about 30% of your total order. That is ridiculous. Using an app should be more convenient for them because it removes any human interaction. It shouldn’t cost 15% of your bill in fees just to use an app. Deleting.

Useless now
App soft locks itself on iOS 17 by telling you to update to a different version, despite the app loading in the background. So basically can’t access my rewards anymore. Great.

App restarts without closing the app
I was ordering a pizza and have two BJ’s locations about 3 miles apart. I started building an order, realized I wanted the non-default location, and switched stores. I then briefly left the app to check a few texts and look up food photos. When I returned, the app had restarted and my entire order was gone, so I had to build it from scratch. Since I had already switched locations once, I forgot to change the location again and accidentally placed the order at the wrong restaurant.
The app should preserve the current order and selected location when you briefly switch to another app. Losing the entire cart makes for a frustrating user experience.

Easy to use and track rewards
The app makes it easy to see which rewards are expiring in which offers are available. It also makes a very easy to pay at the table and to apply your rewards to your bill immediately.
They took my order, then lost it!
I like this place they have good food. Unfortunately the app has a little problem and that it takes your order while you’re waiting to sit down, but then the server has no idea where the order went. Even the manager was clueless. We had to basically put the same order in again! What is the point of offering functionality if you have no idea how to support it? I do like that at least they have Apple Pay and they make it very easy to pay your check.

Conscience and beneficial
I’m very much like the BJ’s app We can scan at the table and pay the check whenever we’re ready to leave. Additionally, we love the discounts.

User friendly
I was able to use the App easily to place my takeout order and it’s really helpful when I’m dining inside the restaurant to pay for my bill. Great App and awesome restaurant experience!
App Forces a Unavailable Update
They have made the app unable to be used with an “‘Update” button.. hHowever there is no update to get. App is dead in the water.
