Apps great just need more food customization
The app is great over all however it is missing more item customization. I’d like to add jalapeños to stuff but on the app there’s no way of doing so.
Wtf happened?
I literally used this app a few weeks ago and was able to place an order. Now when I got to checkout it just spins there. I waited for several minutes for it to process my request and nothing. Way to make your app useless

Ever since the update, phone number sign in with secondary 6-digit code does not accept or let you place orders
Cannot earn rewards points if you pay online
I just dined at Denny’s, expecting that the “Scan” option in the app was to scan a code on a receipt. I received the check, it offered to let me pay online, and I did so. Then I went to scan the QR code in the app - and discovered that it displays a QR code which you must have the restaurant scan *before* paying.
It should not be necessary to visit every option in an app before dining at the restaurant.
