It looks nice but working is a different story. I’ve been trying to order for the last 15 minutes and it just keeps looping like it’s stuck on. Very frustrating because this has hi happened to me a couple times before.

I hate this new update doesn't track my order how the old one did and now its not even letting me checkout it keeps reloading the checkout page when i try to pay and everytime i try scrolling down to continue it just reloads again from the top.

Omg please fix this. When I order your bone in wings it makes me select four different dips. I don’t want four different dips. I want four ranch dips. Instead of checkboxes only it should allow me to add multiple ranch. But also it should allow me to add less than four as well for those who don’t want four dips. Also whoever is working in the restaurant need to have better labels for their ranch and blue cheese because they’re not the same nor or they interchangeable. I don’t even have blue cheese selected and somehow still get it.

Terrible online service
I can’t login because of the new two verification system and they don’t have a contact team to deal with that so I can’t log into my account because I don’t have my old phone from two months ago

The app works smoothly with little bugs and quick fixes, otherwise I really enjoy the wonderful deals
Still broken as of 8/7
The third app update since this started happening and the checkout spinning wheel issue still isn’t fixed. Checking out in the app remains impossible. If you don’t want to gamble your time don’t bother downloading this app right now. Really funny how they can put rewards on a tight timer but the app doesn’t work for weeks and weeks.

Not user friendly.
I downloaded the app and inadvertently put my old phone number in, which I have no access to now, it won’t allow me to update the info without putting in a code they send to my phone….. there’s no “contact us” on the app and so I can’t use it all. Unless I’m missing something on the app, there’s no way to make contact.

Dennys Restaurant requires a new phone!
It is obnoxious to believe that a restaurant can mandate getting a new phone to see its website. I don’t order online and do not plan to order online. I only look to see special deals. Dennys offers, which don’t require special updated Super Duper Blooper Dennys technology. two dollars off of Denny’s doesn’t pay for an $800 phone!

Promos Dont Work
I can never get the promos to work on the app! It's false advertising and a pricing integrity issue. Someone will call weights and measures on thisbur Denny’s should not offer discounts on online orders if you have no intention of honoring them! Salida restaurant food is awesome super nice staff too!

App's not working
This is the second time in two weeks I've tried to use the app, and wasted a lot of time trying to put my order in, and it won't go in. It will not go to the checkout page. It acts like it wants to and then it bounces back and says ERROR.
Even after I did the update, it's still doing the same thing. I give up and I'm just gonna have to find somewhere else to order from.
