Can’t place an order, what use is this?
Every time I try to place an order on this app lately, the checkout screen just endlessly reloads and never advances. I get a spinning circle, a glimpse of my order, then back to a blank screen with a spinning circle. Both the app and my phone are up to date, so that’s not the issue. It’s just broken.

Completely broken app
Would give you my money but checkout is so infinitely broken and it just either spins forever or goes back to the spinning wheel over and over, literally cannot checkout with this app it’s impossible.

I have an office son and he loves going to get pancakes 1 to 3 times a week. Our store is close and clean and hits the nail on the head every single time.

Apps great just need more food customization
The app is great over all however it is missing more item customization. I’d like to add jalapeños to stuff but on the app there’s no way of doing so.
Wtf happened?
I literally used this app a few weeks ago and was able to place an order. Now when I got to checkout it just spins there. I waited for several minutes for it to process my request and nothing. Way to make your app useless

Ever since the update, phone number sign in with secondary 6-digit code does not accept or let you place orders
Cannot earn rewards points if you pay online
I just dined at Denny’s, expecting that the “Scan” option in the app was to scan a code on a receipt. I received the check, it offered to let me pay online, and I did so. Then I went to scan the QR code in the app - and discovered that it displays a QR code which you must have the restaurant scan *before* paying.
It should not be necessary to visit every option in an app before dining at the restaurant.

Apps terrible
This app is absolutely trash. It forced me to put in an address even tho I was sitting in the restaurant. It’s also my birthday and it won’t show up In the app and they won’t honor it. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
System not working
Keeps saying the code I enter for verification is wrong.
Not what it said it was
I downloaded the app expecting to be able to see my rewards and the entire site. All that I ended up with was a find location, pick up or delivery order.
