What Happened???
I have used this app for years along with the rewards program and I came to Vegas this week and the only thing it’s allowing me to see is where I can create an order online to pick up or have delivered. It doesn’t even give me the option for the rewards. I tried it on the website as well as the app with no success. Reddit users have mentioned the same issue. Please fix.

App is useless
Like the title says. The app is useless. Im suppose to use it to order food, but it doesn’t do that. It’s doesn’t do anything. I go to checkout and it just loads for God knows how long. An eternity maybe? I didn’t stick around to find out. It’s been able to order off the app in weeks. Same problem week after week, once I go to checkout out it loads and loads and loads and loads and loads and loads and loads and loads and loads and loads and loads and loads and loads… … … … … .. .. .. .. .. .. . . . . . . .

App not working
For over a week now I have been trying to order on the app and it won’t let me. It just keeps glitching once I go to checkout. Hard to use an app to order if the basic function doesn’t work.

This app is trash
Tried on two different days to place order. App didn’t work at all. Had to use the website and also the website isn’t work. Just placed an order for delivery and for some reason had that my order was being delivered from a location in a different city. There is a Denny’s down the street from me. Please fix your app and website they are both trash.

Broken for so long my rewards expired
8/19 and this is app is still broken at checkout. It’s been broken for so many weeks my rewards have expired. This is both an indication that the rewards should take longer to expire and that this app should’ve started functioning long ago but in either case I’m not feeling compelled to build up to those rewards now.

This app is horrible never works when I open it always glitches… it’s 9:47 am in Cali and it says the store is closed and place order for tomorrow …. Then u go on door dash and they have a problem too taking orders smh this is suppose to be easy
