Pick up vs deliver
Had to place 2 orders and pay for 2 delivery fees because you would not change my previous order to delivery for all merchandise.
Search is unusable
I searched for eggs… There were 1,820 results, and the second one was bell peppers. ????
Not compatible
The app used to work but now using it, it says this app is not compatible with my device. Opening up the Google store it won’t update and can’t reinstall it. Samsung galaxy s26

Delivery Fee
Now I have to pay for delivery fee when I order for same day delivery to NYC it also takes away from the drivers tip.

I had a really smooth visit today. The store was well-stocked, the staff was friendly and helpful, and checkout with ExpressPay was super quick and easy. I always appreciate the quality of the products and the value you get for the price. Will definitely be back soon!
It WAS fine!
The app was fine. Then they “updated” it & now it’s trash! Oversized font, freezes, doesn’t show correct coupons. FIX IT PLEASE!
More for your money
I really appreciate being a faithful BJS member I get my money’s worth by buying in bulk.
App is frustrating
Sometimes it freezes and you have to leave the app and re open it a few times. Super annoying.
Needs work
When checking gas prices the selection for regular and premium gas is over the pricing so unable to see the price.

Love BJ's deals and coupons and Gas, however the app is not user friendly. It doesn't load when you open it and asking the store wifi connection. I give this 5 star if it is fixed.

Order for a delivery yesterday pay for priority an never got delivery. When i when to bjs no one helped me resolve the problem i even had all the items in the cart an still couldn’t help ridiculous
Alcohol purchase restriction on express scan
Very inconvenient unlike Sams Club that allows you to self scan paid and then check thr ID at check out.
