The app has no accurate stock. There is hardly anyone working at this store.
Please fix issues
Every time I’m swiping through the coupons it brings me back to the beginning and starts over. It is beyond frustrating. I’ve tried updating the app, logging out and back in, uninstalling/reinstalling, everything I can think of but it still does it.
Digital coupons not loading
This app used to make clipping coupons very easy. Lately about 18 months I’ve noticed that the app does NOT allow me to clip all of the coupons that I want to use. At a certain point the coupons keep repeating themselves , I mean the ones that I’ve already clipped. The most coupons I’m able to clip are about 10-12 at the most then they jump to the beginning of where I started . What’s going on ? Does the app have an update that I don’t know about?

THE APP SUCKS
When you search for gluten free you don’t get gluten free options exclusively. The app gives you gluten positive options. The app is clunky and inaccurate in search results often. BJ’s is good for some things but lacks options for people who have to be gluten and dairy free. After being a member since their Taunton, MA store opened I will be switching to COSTCO.

An App That Does It All
BJ’s wholesale app is perfect to purchase and select items to the cart while shopping. They added a feature for expert. Pay is invaluable.
The only con is customers do not have the choice of selecting a “Send Receipt Copy” to their email.

Cannot sign in
I’ve attempted to sign in multiple times. The app keeps saying wrong credentials. I’m copying and pasting the same username and password that work on the website. Useless. The help page on their website is equally useless.

This app gets worse every time it opens
The app is slow that I have to log into my computer to add coupons(I don’t have 8 hours to dedicate to scrolling down one page). Unfortunately, tonight your website won’t allow log ons(Absolutely nothing happens). I guess I’ll shop at Costco.
Missing Important functions
This app is missing some basic functions: include the current price of the items in the coupons section and provide a link to the product, note if an item is available for pickup or delivery only before you get to checkout, include the price per unit on large multi-packs (ex. Individual bags of cookies or chips, and online “mix and match” deals do not let you mix.

Depending on your area skip it.
Too many issues with delivery. At first it was very pleasant. Then I started having many items missing. I honestly didn’t know if it was the drivers stealing or the items wasn’t making it to their car. I started leaving instructions for the drivers to check the items on the receipt to make sure they received everything. After that, things stop coming up missing. Today I placed an order for delivery. I received a message that my order was picked up and on the way. Then maybe about 20 minutes later a message came through saying it’s been cancelled. I seen that it could take up to 3 to 5 days for the payment to be processed back to my card. That order was close to $200.00. They act like I can wait on them to buy food for my refund. All the customer service could say was sorry for the inconvenience. I’m done with the BJ’s deliver. Happy my membership will be done in October. BJ please don’t reply with the same on message. I know you can’t control everything but, there needs to be better protocols for situations such as these.

Rude
Every time we walk into this place every employee here is rude. You go get rotisserie chicken. They say come back in an hour. You come back in an hour. There’s no rotisserie chicken and they try to come back in another hour. They’re rude.
Great store
This is the store I primarily shop at for my family. I love the easy way to clip coupons and the curbside pick up is so helpful!!
Better communication
They don’t notify you when an item is unavailable. So it can be changed for something else.
