BK-Sign allows you to respond to your pending approval requests on the go. From your phone, anywhere, and anytime, you can quickly approve requests from across all modules in Balancika ERP. - Dashboard showing the number of pending requests requiring your actions - Review at a glancing header, date, transaction amount, approval status, attachments, and comments/chat with the requester and other approvers - Approve or reject with or without comments - Request form in PDF format with signature and QR verification for each signature - Share approved request forms to other apps (e.g. Telegram, Whatsapp, etc.) BK-Sign is compatible with Balancika AME, HRM, and other Balancika apps. To use this app, you must be a user of Balancika AME or other Balancika apps and have the Balancika support team set up the server-side configuration for you.
