Used to be good
This App used to work quite effectively to connect drivers and passengers but their -apparently AI-driven moderation has made communication close to impossible. I’ve had multiple mishaps and got stiffed by a passenger and there is no easy to even register a complaint with the app, let alone reach a human being to get help. What a disappointment!!

Недавно заблокировали, я подумал что не надолго, но как оказалось даже поддержки нет, не оспорить блокировку!!!
Ужасная взаимно связь и по итогу жаль потраченного времени
Водители не отвечают, отменяют без причины (4 водителя подряд), жаль потраченного времени, лучше чуть переплатить и поехать на автобусе, чем по итогу минус деньги за «сервисный сбор» и минус поездка, либо выйдет дороже. Просто выкинутые деньги на ветер

No paper toilet in 8h bus
Booked the blablacar bus and the driver was casually telling that we are supposed to bring our own toilet paper as we realized there was no paper toilet in the dirty toilets in the blablacar bus.
A bus full of 60 peoples , some coming as far as portugal for over 12h trip and that’s their response!!

Невозможно открыть диалоги, прочитать сообщения даже без впн, с впн вообще отказывается работать.
No English support
I want this app to support user with English. I chose my destination at Germany, it changes the language to German, and I couldn’t use the app. I was booking a ride in a rush I couldn’t figure out the location of the driver, then they cancelled my ride with a 1-star user rating. And I lost 7€. It needs to be FIXED!!!
