Unable to create account
Requires phone number to create account but won’t let me change from us +1 at start of number
App failure
I have 2 email accounts and tried both with ‘forgotten password”. App says no account for the provided email address provided. Tried applying for new account using both on separate occasions but app says there is already an account under both email address……so which one is it?🤬🤬USLESS app!!!
CABCHARGE card
I can’t find any way of entering my CABCHARGE number so am unable to book a b&w cab from my phone.

Can't select fixed fare when booking in advance
It seems OK in general but I have not booked using the app, as it won't let me select a fixed fare when booking in advance. When booking in advance, it will only let me select metered fare, and I can only select fixed fare if selecting to book now. I've tried to do this on a number of occasions, on different days, and the
app is the current version, so not sure what the issue is. To overcome this issue, I book via the website.

It’s better than uber in Caloundra
After finding uber drivers kept cancelling jobs, sometimes multiple in a row, leaving me stranded I thought I’d try taxis again. It’s much better, Nicer drivers and more reliable. Not sure about the App, I find the automatic phone service is fine so just use that. Thank you
Can’t log in
I previously used FB to log in now fb and B&W apps are not talking to each other but as my ph number is same it’s not allowing me to create a new account
Overpriced
Listed fare is almost 3x the price of an uber. Hard pass from me
Disgraceful service
Worst service for Gympie area. App doesn’t even work. Apparently they don’t service this area when there’s taxis with there logo on the side. And charging a ridiculous amount to 20mins up the road.
nearly late to airport
i booked in advance and it had told me it was confirmed, however 5 minutes before my pickup it said it was still looking for a driver. horrendous service. just get an uber
Poor service
Dont bother using the app to prebook an airport trip. The job still only goes out 5 min before pickup time but the only cab available is 25 minutes away. Wont bother using them again, Uber prebook is far more reliable.
Cab review
From the moment I got in the taxi with no wait time was $5.80 flagfall bill that I was not informed of….absolute bullsh*t. Don’t got with Taxi, always more expensive than Uber.
Annoyed
App says it’s Black & WhiteCabs Australia. However, when attempting to create an account, the phone number is locked on US as location. This means when entering an Australian mobile number (according to the name this is supposed to be an Australian App) the App errors and fails to load with an error of incorrect location for the phone number…….. a location it won’t let you change! Complete waste of time. Just ring the local number and use the AI interactive bot.

Taxis are back!
No cancellations, no Surge rates, full security and drivers know where they’re going. Taxis are back baby!

Poor gps location of hirer & unable to change pickup spot to where you actually are.
Persistently slow localisation of available cabs & ride acceptance.
Offered “Fixed fare” is always 20+% higher than metered fare.
Excessive card usage charges by B&W (not an app issue).
Current iteration of App prevents you logging in just with your phone no, as previously, & won’t allow a new account to be set up with an existing phone number, making the app non-functional for a large number of existing customers.
Pretty much a shining example of why Uber & Didi were allowed to trample all over the taxi monopoly.

App crashes and needs to be reinstalled
When it works its great. App has crashed several times during booking process and won’t reopen. App needs to be deleted, reinstalled and logged in again to check on the status of my booking (running latest iOS). Not great when I am in a hurry.
App crashes constantly
I love the idea of an app but I’ve installed it twice, then when I go to open it to check booking for my elderly Mum it just crashes and won’t open. Very disappointing
