Bank does not answer contacts, money lost!

I have an account with this bank, I transferred some money but it never arrive at destination, another account of mine in a different bank. I tried to contact Blackbanx by email and phone with no answer! They maybe closed or worse, it is difficult to say without any answer from them!!!!
