Just ordered grilled chicken breast and coleslaw meets my low carb & low sugar diet it was excellent Robert went out his way to meet my needs
Not secure!!
I just tried to set up this app on my phone. However… IT WOULDN’T ALLOW ME ACCESS!!! Just to log in… It required that I set up a third party account, with my private and financial information, which it then shares with other businesses that I don’t do business with!! They say my information is secure, then they state that they share my payment details with a whole list of other entities!! The only thing I ever use apps for is browsing menus, checking prices, and rewards programs (if available). I WILL NEVER ORDER FOOD THROUGH A MOBILE APP, so why am I required to give a third party my financial information?? Just so that it can be shared with other businesses?? This is how fraudulent charges show up on your bank statements!! This app is invasive and not to be trusted!!

Worst tasting pot roast I ever ate. I’ve ate better out of a can. Sweet potatoes fries laying in gravy. I just threw it away.

Camarón our waitress was so kind n professional. Now he knows how to take care of his customers. Be sure that I will be back to see Camarón again.
Not up to par
We went to pick something up for our lunch since our youth at church were doing a fundraiser. We were really excited because Black Bear Diner has been one of our favorites. I ordered a half sandwich and cup of soup. When I got home I realized all I got was a sandwich. We did t have time to go back as my husband needed to go to work. At lunch I pulled it out and realized that part of the bread was burned on the edges. I’m just really disappointed that I paid what I did for just a sandwich that was pretty simple and nothing to brag about. At least our youth group was helped a tiny bit.

My server Karissa was very friendly and attentive. Despite the wait the staff with very patient and friendly as well. My last experience with blackbear diner was in Arizona and had same wonderful experience . I’ll be back soon
Great as usual but…
Food is great as is the service. Couple of suggestions, please put additional napkins on tables and”how busy” or wait time on the app would be very helpful.
Best food and excellent customer service
This place is so amazing . I would pass it time after time and never went in until a month ago . I have to say it was a hit with me and my family.
I really enjoy this especially breakfast and the portion is amazing enough to where you can any of your meals twice in a day . The is how big the portion of the food is.
The steak breakfast is my favorite because like I said the portion of the steak is amazing better than any breakfast place than I have had before .
I rave to anyone that always wanted to try this place and I tell them go for it , you will not be disappointed. Customer service is amazing with a smile and also with warmth and kindness. You do feel that they love when you walk into the door.

Online order customization sub par
Glad we can do online ordering but very disappointed that the only food customizing available is to “remove” an item NOT ADD OR CHANGE. I would like to add jalapeños to different things that don’t necessarily come with it normally. Other than that black bear has great food and good portions for all appetites. Please make this happen.

No way to create an account
Followed all prompts for easy create an account it takes u right to the sign in and denies you access because you don’t have an account. Totally frustrated

Asks for unspecific info during checkout causes reloading going back and forth baloney. Soup option not available with chicken fried steak dinner.
