Lost my tier status and progress
I have been playing this game for over three years and today the game reset and I lost all of my progress and and back to level 1. All my hard work has been stripped away from me and I have to start over from scratch. So unfair.

Very little chance of winning. The bet is so high in any side games, they can’t be played. If by a miracle you can play the side games the winnings are awful. The magic spins are a joke, the winnings are pathetic. This app is not worth your time. Games glitch or never stop spinning. It is awful
POOR GAME PERFORMANCE
I've been playing this game for the past 10 years 3 different devices. Past 4 years on my iPhone and I was on level 714 & a glitch started me back to level 1😡😡😡😡. I called Zynga and they said you have to email tech dept. Tech dept. don't have a phone number. I spent TOO MUCH MONEY OVER THE YEARS. I HAVE TO MOVE ON 😡😡😡😡😡
