Viewing the items you have checked out no longer works! You can’t renew books anymore or check due dates.

Problem with view my account

No longer shows items out or the ability to renew items out. The view my account page shows zero items out or on hold even though there are such items. Please fix.

Library staff unable to fix problem. No response from app developer. Very poor client service. Library should discontinue usage!!!!!
