Viewing the items you have checked out no longer works! You can’t renew books anymore or check due dates.

No longer shows items out or the ability to renew items out. The view my account page shows zero items out or on hold even though there are such items. Please fix.

Problem with view my account
No longer shows items out or the ability to renew items out. The view my account page shows zero items out or on hold even though there are such items. Please fix.
Request Button broken
The page/screen with “Request Item” button is broken. The button doesn’t work and cannot return to previous screen.
App Keeps Closing
I can never get this to work. Every time I open it, anytime I select an option (for example, “Account”), it closes. So frustrating.
LOVE
I absolutely love this app! It makes requesting items and viewing my request and items out status super easy. Before I had to log in on the computer for information, which could be inconvenient, but now I always have it in my pocket. Requesting movies and books from the library has saved me sooo much money over the last few years. I highly recommend this app to any of the library’s patrons.

The app needs updating to include Goleta Valley Library as a separate jurisdiction.
Who is in charge?
After 23 tries without success, I'm giving up! The app is frozen! Please get a 3rd grader to fix this app so I can use it on my iPad😬
