UI/UX is horrible
The main problem is that the app just doesn’t work. Also I can access anything in it now.

I was excited to see there was an app exclusively for D9 members to network and/or date. Within a few hours of creating a profile, my account was banned with no explanation. I submitted an appeal and was told that a photo violated their terms AND my profile doesn’t align with their brand. All photos were tasteful, no nudity, no alcohol, some with my Sorors, some of me in business attire. All are posted on other social networks. The email was handwritten, with spacing errors. Very unprofessional. It’s wild that I can fit the “brand” of my sorority for 15 years (even holding a national position), but not theirs. I do not recommend this app to anyone and will wait for an official app to come that works in conjunction with NPHC.

I’ve changed various location settings and nothing helps. All searches render results from states and cities well away from my location. Needs addressing.
