Every time you an open the app, you have to “skip” an ad. That’s not the end of it, either.
They hide your personal schedule 4 clicks deep. Search at least works, unless it has special characters like “-“, and then you can’t add the results. Very disappointed with being blatantly treated as the product… cheapens the entire experience.

Where is the WiFi info
This app is not easy to navigate. Contacting attendees is cumbersome and it does not list the event WiFi info

Horrible app
Pay too much for these events. App is horrible. Does not work. No current information only shows things from years ago. Extremely disappointed. Should not have bought a ticket to attend. Will not next year.

No map no search briefing never populated. It sucked.

Solid app and build. Only feature issue is the agenda does not auto-scroll to current day resulting in needing to constantly find the correct day for the agenda

Not showing 2024 content even after update. Unusable.

The app is a hot mess
It should just provide a run of show. Instead it’s flooded with vendor cold outreaches that I can’t easily delete. Some as old as 3 years. It’s effectively impossible unusable. Do better BlackHat.
Good but some challenges
The app was easy to use and much easier to navigate than the Web site. One problem, on my iPad it was sometimes not possible to get a presentation into full-screen mode leaving a tiny image in the center of the screen. When it was possible to select full screen, if a notification arrived, it reverted to small size and I had to exit the session and rejoin to be able to get into full screen. Somewhat annoying.

A search function that looks at content of briefings, etc.

Can’t find the business email I used to sign up. Can’t use the app as a result :(
