Easy to use
It’s so easy to use.
Best bank I’ve ever had
Had issues when I tried to use mobile deposit the first time, not only did they resolve it quickly, they followed up and were extremely communicative. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and actively work to resolve issues. So sad I moved out of state but I’ve still got my account and intend to keep it. I love this bank.

It would be nice it withdrawals came out in red and deposits in green; Better to differentiate withdrawals from deposits.

The UI could be less legacy
The user interface looks a little old, but it does the job.
Very convenient!
I use the mobile app all the time! It is so easy to use and makes checking my accounts so much easier than having my to log in on a computer all the time!
