Fraudulent charges
on August 6, the NFL channel started trying to take money out of my Capital One account. I didn’t notice it until they were successful and taking $401.44 out of my Black Hills account. I never authorized or ordered the NFL channel I called last week to report the fraud and they canceled my card. I called again today which is Monday to find out what was going on and when they were going to put the money back in my account. I was told I never called to report a fraudulent chart and I asked them why they canceled my debit card done and they said because of a fraudulent charge pay back-and-forth and back-and-forth and so now I have to wait another 7-10 days for a refund due to there mistake! Almost a whole month waiting for the only money our family has available!

In lobby
I sure do miss the way the lobby used to be. Where you actually had a conversation with a person. There’s a lot more mistakes that are made these days with having the tellers not in person. I do not like the new technology and I think a lot of people would agree.
