In lobby
I sure do miss the way the lobby used to be. Where you actually had a conversation with a person. There’s a lot more mistakes that are made these days with having the tellers not in person. I do not like the new technology and I think a lot of people would agree.
Don’t love the new version
For one, it keeps asking me for a review every couple of minutes. It’s not as sure friendly and has glitches. A few times transfers won’t work.

I can’t set up a schedule on my credit card to automatically pay the balance in full on the due date every month. I have to schedule a payment each month for the statement amount on the due date. A small thing. But I can do this on my other credit cards. Fix it, please.
Crashes constantly
The app is ok when it works. Most of the time it crashes during biometric authentication.
New update is bad news
Last week since the last update it’s been impossible to open the app. It crashes immediately before even loading. I have to log in via the web browser and it makes me recerify via phone call every single time is use the browser version which is super inconvenient when I’m at work. Update: running on three weeks now of app being non functional. Company keeps denying it’s an issue.

The last two weeks or so the app has been very glitchy and won’t load. It acts like it wants to load but then it goes off.

It took me 11 tries to get the app to load in fully. It opens, I can log in but then it crashes and closed the app. 11 times.

Fix your bugs
Would love to give a better review but ANY time I open the app, it closes out at least 3 times before it actually allows me to open it. Other than that I have zero issues. Says an update was done a month ago, maybe you should push them out more often.
Crashes
Since the most recent update the app crashes when I try to log in. I have to go into the App Store to open it and it still occasionally crashes. I’ve tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it (had to change my password because it wouldn’t let me log in) and it still crashes.

Don’t know why, but suddenly forced to change my password and no matter what I type to change it to it doesn’t allow me to thus kicking me out pretty much. Not sure whose genius idea it was to implement that when there wasn’t any reason to but I want you to know if you didn’t want me to use your service just say so instead of wasting days of my time trying to use your app!!

Current version of app crash when trying to log in on iOS/ipados 26.4.1. Can access account via web browser.
Its alright
It does whats expected, could have some easier access to card controls for turning on and off. Its there, just takes more steps than desired.
