Keeps loosing my place
Randomly when opening the app to continue listening to my audiobook it will just restart from the very beginning which causes me to have to locate where it was left off from. It’s very annoying
Unable to access purchases
I recently bought a number of audio books but now for some reason I can’t access or listen to any of them i can’t contact the devs or anything to fix this issue or get my money back

Useless if you purchase outside the app
While I’d love to discuss the functionality of the app, I cannot. All my Black Library audio purchases were done on my computer via the website. Despite Black Library having an account system, the app does not allow for logins. All purchases are instead tied to the app store, meaning that any purchase done via the black library website is not available on the app.

Just buy them on Audible
Games workshop pulling the usual tactic of being super expensive. Audible is 75% cheaper , all year round. If you buy all 157 books on audible you’ll save nearly $6000 dollars. GW, do better

Too simple?
I’ve been using this app for years now enjoying my favorite books. It was yesterday I tried to link my account to another app (Warhammer Tv) and realized I don’t know what email I used in my black library app. thinking I’d be able to look in setting to find it I was shocked to find there is no settings icon or option. Only a restore purchase option and 3 quick app options. I feel this is a huge flaw and needs to be updated until this is fixed I won’t be using any other Warhammer apps because I don’t need to have them spread across all my different email’s trying to manage payment issues either. Please fix this

£30 per book when you can get the same book by the same narrator for £7.99 on audible with a better player.
A real shame I was looking forward to building my black library collection here but I can get 4-5 books from other marketplaces compared to just 1 here.

Right idea, wrong monetisation
This would be a really good way for ppl to get drawn into the lore, but the pricing just way off. Far too expensive.
Deleted All My Books.
Had several books on the BLA app and after coming back to the app, all books have disappeared from both my Cloud and Library.
Pretty disappointed in that obviously and no doubt won’t ever get a reply from them in regards to this.

Overly expensive
The audiobooks here cost £10 more on average than on iTunes, or Audible, so I’m not sure why would anyone used this app over much more convenient and cheaper alternatives.

My son has a taste for fantasy novels so I downloaded this app thinking to find things of interest for him. Then I booted it up and saw the prices... Not much else to say other than ‘delete!’

Your black library website and audio app accounts are separate and you can't access your purchases between them? Seriously? This should have been step one on designing the audio app. I'll be back when the app is actually useful.
